As an early Apple-user, Mac 512K in 1985, I loved the new products. Especially the first PowerBook 190 (black/white), Mac SE/30 which was extraordinary in performance, PowerPC 7200, PowerBook 5300, G3 and now the G4. And the devices such as the first Apple Scanner... I found this site while researching for a school project and it has been great, although I'd love to be able to view you bibliography. Since I'm a person who uses both Macs and other PCs regularly, I feel qualified to say that Macs rock! Not only do they kick butt in the publications field (manual memory allocation is a good thing), they are generally easier to use in everything. I will never buy myself anything but a Mac.

This has been one of the most enjoyable five hour stints on the net, reading through the history of the Mac. I have been using Apple computers since they first reached Australia in approx 1978/79 and I have used most of the models produced. Keep up the good work. It has been a real pleasure finding this

I am a 44 year old mother of 4[today]. I am a computer beginner, and have found that our AppleLCII[1983-1984] is a lot easier to use than our Packard-Bell that is only 5 years old. I wish I had the phone cord to hookup to the Internet. Anybody know where one can be found? I signed the guestbook on another apple history, wished I had read the commets first. The language was filthy on some. Was glad to see you edit yours. Thanks.
