| Comments: | had a great holiday at masseria ten ,anna & luciano were great hosts, but they
do not speak any english,luckily i speak a bit of italian so it was time to practice.the masseria is
fabulous not as near to the beach as it says though
the nearest is pilone 4km away(rosa marina is a private estate) no matter ostuni is beautiful only 10
15 minute drive(park at the bottom because it gets a little chaotic in the town) worth visiting the trulli towns they are special. torre carrne has nice beaches.
most of the public beaches towards brindisi are a bit
strewn with litter but thats being picky they are interspersed with private fancy beaches you can pay to go on. all in all my wife and daughterand I had a fabulous adventure the food was great ,the people
freindly the masseria was special anna & liciano were
so kind to us .

| Comments: | Worth visiting in Puglia is Giovinazzo which is about 18km from the city of Bari and other near by towns like Molfetta and Bisceglie. These towns have very pretty ports Giovinazzo has a very elegant Piazza with its fountain as its main attraction (where the locals meet to socialise) and the number of people triples in numbers by night. Its entertaining to watch them pace up and down for their passeggiata. Definetely will return. |
