| Comments: | Well I got totally hyped there. I finished my ending and they lived happily ever after on their own horse ranch.
Can you see the ending with the young one on the horse by the fence, while the older one looks up at him with a sedate smile. They are cast in silhouette for the sun has set and it is dust. There is sparkle in their eyes and an unlit flame speaking of their love for one another. Hmmmmmm (I know, I am a romantic. Later Dudes) |

Well, I did a quick search of backup cd's and found the original story! If you decide to continue this totally compelling story, please, please, PLEASE do so. Your characters are interesting and just when you think that they are fairly simple you give the reader a subtle shift in view that makes them more complex, more real and much more interesting. I find that I like them and am interested in their lives.
The backdrop of the equestrian events is explained enough to be interesting and colorful without overtaking or boring someone who is not apart of that world. It serves as "the stage for the play" as it should while at the same time making the reader feel that they learn a little along the way. Bravo. Hoping that you will continue........
