I was wondering, does anyone know by any chance if there are more Jem episodes, that i would be able to purchase??!!... I love "Jem" and i grew up watching them and when i was younger my dad used to take me to the video store and i would rent the tapes over and over again. Im so impressed with the boxset although the booklet inside didnt have any pic's =( , i hope they bring back Jem to tv so that a whole new generation of young girls can discover the roots of where "girl cartoons" came from. | |

| Comments: I LOVE JEM!! I used to watch it when I was about six or so and watched every episode. I have been surfing all these websites about Jem and I cannot stop smiling. I really did think I was the only one in the whole entire world that loves Jem this much. I remember taping every episode just so I could watch it over and over and over again. Wouldnt it be the best if they brought it back? They did it with Transformers so surely they could do it with Jem? | Comments: Fan Fiction Scoop: This past summer a most unusual couple was seen in the Caribbean; they seemed very much in love. They were seen swimming in the ocean, walking on the beach and holding hands, going into gift shops and eating at an exclusive restaurant. They also were seen getting on a ship that obviously belonged to the man. The man was over 6' tall, muscular and powerful looking, very dark with light-medium Native American like bronze skin, piercing black eyes and long jet-black hair in a "do" (two small beaded and jeweled braids in the front, a small pony-tail on the side and a large braid in the back, with the rest of the hair hanging below shoulder length). He had a thick black mustache and a black double-braided goatee, and the braids on the goatee had beads on them. He looked a cross between a Native American and a gypsy, and he spoke with a British accent. He was EXTREMELY handsome, and one person you don't soon forget. The woman looked about 5'8" tall, slender and fair-skinned. She was very beautiful, with very long (way below the waist) and wavy fiery lime-green hair. She was wearing a long fuschia slinky dress. I couldn't see her eyes because she was wearing fuschia sunglasses. Both she and this man were wearing wedding bands. The woman was overheard saying that she didn't remember much after the "accident". Someone who ate at the same restaurant noticed a most peculiar signature in the guestbook. . ."CJPGS" (whatever that means). They said the woman's face looked familiar, and it looked a lot like Pizzazz, only she wasn't wearing too much makeup. And the man? Someone had seen him in the Caribbean many times, and they said that this year there was a globally popular blockbuster Disney movie that had him in it! | Comments: I recently found my Jem tape (with three - that's right, THREE - songs) and was hit by a tidal wave of nostalgia. Right along with She-Ra and the New Kids on the Block, Jem was a way of LIFE for me. I stopped watching it when I was about seven or eight (not by choice - it was all my grandmother. Apparently fluffy punk girls didn't sit well with her. Heaven forbid I should follow Jem's path and transform myself into a superstar with "synergy"...that would only lead to cocaine). Anyway, the local video stores don't carry Jem tapes (the one that did just sold the last of them 2 weeks ago!), so I'm here on the internet in an attempt to download anything I can.
They should SO bring Jem back! Even if kids these days won't hop on the Jem-craze, all the teenage-twenty-thirty year old females will piss themselves in excitement. God, I *loved* Jem. Bring her back! |
