Joe and Sandy and Bob and I extend our heartfelt condolances that you have had to take this action. We had such high hopes and will miss the wonderful food, terrific service and the attention that both of you, Debbie and Kelly, always gave to us and those we brought with us. You certainly gave it your ALL. The economy has taken it's toll on many businesses but we will miss yours the most! You know where to find me.

| Comments: | DELICIOUS!! The gentleman singing/playing was just outstanding! We were smart and only ordered entrees, but will be back for appetizers and cocktails and will also be back for coffee and dessert. Too much for one visit. I would recommend this 'spot' to anyone. The waitstaff was terrific, also (so good they were hardly prominent) (a good thing). Also,I did not have to wait for my check to be handled. I used to teach my new servers that that was where they would lose their biggest percentage, making the guest wait for their check to be taken care of. Good job! |

| Comments: | Your restaurant was recommended by a good friend. We were there 7/12/07 and had a WONDERFUL experience.
As we entered the restaurant, we heard what we thought was recorded music. Then after we were seated, we found that the music was LIVE, and the singer, Stan Prinston, was AMAZING! He was always in perfect pitch and sang beautifully. He sang songs from Neil Diamond, Frank Sinatra, and other stars from various eras. WOW!!! Our server, Melody, was of the highest caliber. She wasn't a bubbly air-head with too much caffeine; but rather, she was smooth, attentive, and extremely pleasant. Melody made fantastic suggestions for us to try different things. She is truly an asset to your staff. Finally, Chef Kelly has a gift with food! We both had the Oscar Mahi-mahi and could not believe how delicious it was!! My husband never has dessert, but had to try the house specialty. HE ATE EVERY BIT!!! We can not wait to go back and try more dishes Chef Kelly has to offer. |

While it was a slight inconvenience for some of us to be out of cell phone range the food was outstanding. The service was most accommodating and the view of the river idyllic. The desserts were out of this world and the Peach Habanero dressing for my salad was and exciting new taste for me. | Comments: | As owners of the Ye Olde Fireside Inn, the number one question our former patrons have asked since the destruction of the restaurant is, where in Hernando County is a fine dining restaurant with good food, atmosphere and friendly service? PRIOR TO LAST NIGHT and our first visit to Kelly and Debbie Foley's Water's Edge Fine Dining Restaurant there was no where we could recommend. Our friend, Ed Mahorter has frequented Water's Edge since its opening in December and treated us to a wonderful meal.
It was everything they said it would be and more! We were greeted at the door by Debbie Foley and shown to a beautiful table next to the window with a view of the water. Our server, Carol,whom we are especially fond of greeted us immediately and remained very attentive throughout our meal(for those of you who we were wondering where little Carol went from the Fireside you can find here at the Water's Edge. The Menu offers a superb selection and enough variety to please anyone's pallot. Presentation and taste of a talented Chef which we fortunate enough to have Kelly come to the table and share with us his love for what he doing. A portion of their menu is dedicated to Fresh Fish and Sauce World, you chose the style your fish is prepared and the sauce, and let us tell you, THE SAUCES ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD.
