I had quite a vivid "deam", while sitting at the PC, in which these beautiful but different beigns, with red pointed fingers, where flashing them at my sternum, and I started crying, overwhelmed, feeling literally that my heart was opening, but without fear... Then the day after, I had this physical pain at my ribs, upper left one, really ached, when turning in bed, and when inhaling deep... I was quite sure that I had not hurt myself in anyway, till the image of my vivid meditation came back to me, and there I knew-....If you can give me your comments, I would really appreciate it.
