Comments: Hi! Just browsing the intenet and remembered "Eros" from years ago in MD. I thought he was a Belgian Warmblood but wanted to make sure, so, I was very excited to have found a full page dedicated to him! Feeling snubbed once again by warmblood registries (well, just one in particular!!!=-) that consider my unregistered mare "of unknown origin" even though I know her entire pedigree--except one stallion (Herban-who was a VERY nice stallion!!!)was never approved in the US, so, it made things messy for his offspring and hence, my mare! Was wondering how a horse becomes a Belgian Warmblood and if she could get inspected. The Belgian Warmblood page did not have much info on any inspection sites, if, that is a possibility. Sigh. I will keep browsing. . .!!!

Comments: Hi! I got here through the equestrian web ring. I have
thought about breeding my 13.2hh welsh/arabian. I don't
really have the facilities to raise a foal but I might look
into it more. I am not sure what breed to breed my pony to
anyway. Let me decribe her: she is short backed(it is
extremely strong), flea-bitten(barely, almost white), she
has a hot temperment but she has never bucked or reared.
Even though she is a little hot and spooky she is easily
controled. She was not treated well as a young pony and
only relaxes at certain times (not good for dressage), her
gaits are comfortable but are a little choppy. Her jumping
ability is amazing. I am currently jumping her 3'3" and
she has jumped 3'6" before. She has been jumping for about
a year. We always get ribbons at hunter shows (even though
she doesn't have her head down and is trying to go ninty
miles an hour) because her jumping form is so good. She
will behave only for the people that she trusts(that has
its ups and downs). I know that I don't want to breed her
to a TB, it wouldn't be good to add more hot temperment.
Well I had better stop typing now. By the way, on the
dicipline of your choice thing I also show hunter,
dressage, Games, and show jumping. Thanks! Bye!
