| Comments: | Well, it's been a long run with this Guest Book ... but the spammers just won't let up. I disabled html and still they keep on trying and keep finding ways around it. I made all entries "private" ... and still they keep posting to the guest book, even though their entries never post to anyone but me. I forbid their IP addresses, but it's like trying to hold back the ocean, they have so many different IPs to choose from apparently. This week was the final straw. My guest book has been slammed by spammers repeatedly, every day for a week or more. Although the posts only show to me privately, I just don't have time to keep cleaning this guest book up every single friggin' day. So ... that's it, then. It is now read only. |

Your characatures (mind my spelling i am dyslexic) of the cast are great and may i say your female drawings are very beutyfull and the jokes are class. while it does seem jack just thinks too him self most of the time but they are funny and teal'c just says indeed or nothing but its prety much like that in the serise but the jokes a very good. and poor jonus throwen in for one serise then kicked out just as quick but he couldnt replace danial. well wish for more little comics too come and more of Dr fraiser ;) |

Aristophenes Mr. Robert's Cat Sloan is an indoor cat (who's scared of birds if they happen to get inside!) with a full set of deadly half inch scimitar claws and as ferocious as a fluffy samurai in my defense. He enjoys my waterbed, my lap, the top of my monitor and especially my keyboard. He's a champion mouser, capable of opening an IE window on the Windows computer and a Terminal window on the Linux computer simultaneously with one tailswipe. When he found a small furry gray mammal in our previous New York apartment, he insisted "That isn't a real mouse. It hasn't got buttons and that cord doesn't go anywhere!" He promptly made a pet of it and shared his cat food. He enjoys Iams Hairball Formula because he's more of a street siamese, a colorpoint longhair of mysterious lineage and strange mutant cat details -- he has extra whiskers growing on his forearms and thick tufts of pale fur between his toes that make being stomped by him a pleasure. He has gigantic feet and at age four is finally starting to grow into them. He writes and occasionally edits my writing by deleting opening paragraphs or even several pages, forcing me to rewrite better ones. Robert A. I admit to a prejudice based on things like Shatner's famous SNL skit that cons were where actors were tortured with inane questions about minutia. I couldn't imagine paying money to watch actors I like suffer. But looking at your photos and reading about the auctions and sessions, I completely changed my tune. They look like they're having a great time -- as do the attendees. We're doing it up right: Super Passes and both city tours. Again, we're doing the tours based on your positive experience. | Comments: | I was one happy camper Monday when my copies of "Destinations" & "Splinters" arrived! I just finished Destinations and oh my goodness there are some wonderful stories in there! "For the Children" - Amazing story that gets into Janet's mind and shows her devotion to helping people. I really enjoyed her characterization here. "From Now On I'll Stick to Astrophysics" - Sam & McKay! Love it! The humor, Sam's irritation at herself for liking him, it's all wonderful. "It's All About Second Chances" - I always thought Jack and Sara should give thier relationship a second chance. This story is a great example of how that could happen. Really enjoyed Sara & Jack's characterizations. "Wanderings" - How sad! Daniel's thoughts on Sha're, his determination - it's powerful, and so sad considering what we know actually happened. "Real" - HOT! That's what this story was. The emotions, the thoughts, everything about it was great but the passion zinging between Janet and Daniel...wow, that was amazing! "Death Shall Have No Dominion" - Though I've only read it once so far, this story is without a doubt heading to the top of my favorite stories list. I LOVE how Tiv'ester handles Daniel & Sha'uri and thier reunion. This one had me completely enraptured. I know there are other stories I haven't commented specifically on, but they were all wonderful and the writers ought to be very proud of the work they've done. The Zine is high quality and I'm well pleased with it. The artwork is fantastic and the talent shows through in every picture. Thanks so much for all the hard work that was put into this 'zine. I can't wait to see what my other purchase has in store for me! |
