 Hello, the reason i contacted you was because of your berserk website, so we'll get to the point.. In 2004, Sammy Studios released Berserk, the video game, for the ps2 in Asia, and decided not to import it into the U.S. This upsets me, personally, since i am a huge fan of the manga and series. We were wondering if you can help us with our petition by signing it, and showing your support to show Sammy Studios that the U.S. does have an interest in this anime. Also, if possible, could you put the link on your website so fellow berserk fans can have their say and input on this issue, it'd do a considerable amount.

This is really, really overdue (of course, you may use this virtual rope to wring my virtual neck for all the delays!), but I'd like to thank you for the great support and contribution you gave for the MT Character Classes Contest (lol, I managed to sneak in some free time today, but seems like Minitokyo is down and all, and since I might be only be free to get online 'round the end of the month, it might take me forever to get around thanking you artists, so anyway, here's me bugging Cynical Angel's guestbook! [your website name's pretty unique and I had no problem remembering it!] So sorry for taking so long in thanking you!).

(Oh, and sorry in advance if this post kinda sounds canned. I am definitely running out of things to write.) This thank-you post definetely pales in comparison to the effort you've expended via your "A Different Artist" submission (line and vector art). Truth be told (and cliche aside), all the entries for the Minitokyo Character Classes are winners, because they were attempts (and I have to say, fun and successful attempts at that) in translating into doujinshi/drawings the various 'tendencies' or actions of MT members... yours (I feel) wanted to convey that MT Artists (in particular, doujinshi artists) pretty much prefer to remain low-key, humble and unasssuming around MT. But of course, a little attention in the form of promotion can't hurt, right? So your "A Different Artist" character flashes a little hand wave; not a big "hey, we're here!" kind of wave, but a "Hi there! 'Hope you enjoy my drawings!" kind of thing...

Anyway, I do hope you enjoyed the little read... oh, and while at it, I'd like to thank your staff members Rebel-Soul-Kaze (for actually answering the challenge of converting the winning doujinshi entries into wallpapers... thank you so much!) and irix (We really meant to invite wallers' representatives from every MT group for the walling part, but offline constraints of work and school got the better of me... I am so sorry, irix! Also, I'd like to give a big hats-down for the show of support of Hispanic people in the voting part -- 1/4 of the tallies consisted of Spanish-speaking MT members! But it would have been great if many people flexed their writing skills, wrote some Spanish captions in the galleries, hooked/teamed up with more English-fluent MT members and translated said captions into English and joined Part 2-Caption Writing... anyway, 'can't be helped!).

I'm still thinking up of some way to make it up to you guys and gals... 'promise, I am working on it (though it will really take some time now to cook up those surprises)... anyway, thanks so much again for your contributions, support and effort, ayane-chan, Rebel-Soul-Kaze, irix and all those MT people who might chance upon Cynical Angel and might be wondering "Hey, where are our thanks?"...
