I loved your site because i'm a huge "Anne" fan. Are you going to finish writing the sources to all the Anne of Green Gables Novels phrases? I hope you do--SOON! Also, why can't I paste things from your website on to Microsoft Word? I wanted to because on word I can change color, font, and font size before printing. And I could save more paper. my dear, dear Anne lover! there aren't enough words to voice out how amazed and greatly impressed I am by your wonderful sire, which does not resemble in the least any other Anne site I have ever visited! you put on your site every piece of information that rasied the slightest curiousity amongst Anne lovers, and your work of research is remarkable and admirable. I truly admire you, with all honesty. no need to say you are already bookmarked on my server and you can bet on seeing me browsing through this site as often as I can, anticipating for updates. I want to thank you, thank you so very much for the information you put in your extraordinary site. items like timelines in the characters lives, Anne books in various additions and languages, quizzes, comparisons between the Anne books to L. M. Montgomery's journals, missing parts and addition to the final additions of the books etc, all just show you are truly devoted to Anne and are really curious about everything involving her, much like myself. again, thank you so so much!
one last thing, though- on the Anne books in different languages section, you put a section of Anne books in Yiddish, while the books shown there are in Hebrew. I'm an Israeli, and I own these books so I know lol. also, the books you listed there (btw- I would be VERY interested in knowing where you got their pictures from) are only Anne of Green Gables, Anne of Avonlea, and Anne of The Island, which in Hebrew, the books Anne's House of Dreams and Anne of Ingleside were also published. I own them too. if there would be any way I can send you their pictures, I would do so. and btw- i am now translating into Hebrew both Anne of Windy willows, Rainbow Valley, and hopefully, Rilla of Ingleside too. if and when I'd have them printed out, I'll send you their pictures too.

Beautiful site, very informative, and very interesting! I had a good time looking through the book galleries and reading up on the timelines. I also had a good time doing your quizzes...though I am sure the Merediths came from Maywater, not Maywood, and it was Mrs Matilda Pitman who gave Jims $1000, not Miss Amelia Evans. But a very well-worked site, LMM would be proud of it!

Hello, just wanted to say--great site! I really love the layout and how you organized everything...I just love it so much--it's so wonderful and great!
Just a few things though:
-The family tree--when you click on Jerry's picture, there's an error. I think the url needed to have jerry not jer.
-Some of the other links do not work as well (i.e. zipped file to download "Road to Yesterday" and other books). If you want to know which, just email me.
-Wouldn't Jerry have gone to Redmond a year before Faith because he's older by an year? He most likely went through the process of going to Queen's (going for 1st-class license because he's noted to be clever), then teaching and finally going to Redmond. I don't think money was much of an issue, since John Meredith married to Rosemary West, who was quite wealthy. Or at least, put 1912/1913 ? instead of confirmed 1913.
Sorry if I sound a bit...take-charge kinda type. Anyway, great, great site--please keep up the good work ^^. I'm keeping tabs on this site :). If there's anyway you could email me back, please do.

In this site, you mention that Montgomery published this story adding references to the Blythes. Where did you find that information? Do you know where I could get a copy of that edition of the text? Great site. It's helped me with collecting the series with dustjackets published by Grosset and Dunlap. I have six so far which I've found thru ebay.
I'm looking for two more: Anne of Ingleside copyright 1939; and Further Chronicles of Avonlea copyright 1953. Would you have photos so I know what to look for?
