I enjoyed my Brookville years very much and look forward to walking back in the school again when my daughter, Emily, will attend in the fall. So many memories! I come from a long family history with Brookville traditions! My three oldest sisters graduated from BHS: Patty Cross (DeJarnette) '73, Rhonda Ellington (DeJarnette) '78, and Jackie Raines (DeJarnette) '79. Thanks for all of your help with this website! Joan Evans, Linda Turner, Linda Colbert, and especially what happened to Dick Cavey, the guy I was supposed to marry, huh? I would love to hear from any of you guys. I have been battling cancer since July '07 and really need a diversion -talking about your ailments all the time sucks! I'm living in Newport News now and have for the past 30 years. Haven't been up Lynchburg in quite awhile, and both times it was to bury a relative. I'd love to come up one time, get with some old friends, and just have some fun!! Think that can happen? |
