Decendant of Sgt. Henry Milo Curry who helped organize the monument at Gettysburg. Survived a near fatal wound at Five Forks and ended up as a VP for Andrew Carnegie in his last years.
I am currently a reenactor (since 1993) and started in the hobby as a member of the 49th NCT. Those ancestors were posted at the very trench that faced off the 155th at Five Forks. I am now in the 26th and 27th NCT and the only true Yankee in the hobby down here. | |

I love reading about the C.W. and have ancestors who fought and died in it on both Mother and Father's sides...None were with the 155th but are from PA. 20th PA Calvary, 130 PVI. Most recently I have located the burial site of one at Poplar Grove Cemetary. I reenact American Revolutionary War as you may see by my units web site. Great site you have. Please continue it.
