Comments:My mother was a Franklin from Campbell county and I am trying to find her roots. I visited the Franklin cemetery in Gladys but not sure who is buried there.(no Franklins marked) Would be willing to volunteer to help restore the site if I have relatives there as well as buy tomb stones for them. Comments:I am looking for information about an old court house that was built in Rustburg in the late 1700 by Hudson Blankenship and I am told that it still stands and was turned into a museum about the Blankenships that lived there. Thank you for any info you can pass along.
