My name is Wolfgang Gürster and I beg you, to give one or two minutes of your time to me and read this mail. First of all I want to tell you, that Im fascinated of your fantastic homepage. Its great and its pure fun, to read in it and look to all the wonderful Quophotos. Im a great Quofan since the start of the 70ies and since 1981 Ive seen them dozens of times live. I was allowed to photograph them many many times and was able to shoot thousands of fantastic Quo Live- and offstage photos. .At Christmasday 2004 Ive started my photohomepage and in www.rock-shot.com I show more than 1000 of my rockphotos from the past 25 years and of course my best Quophotos. As you may know, my biography of John Coghlan has just been published. John has kept his own counsel since leaving Status Quo – until now. As I say in the book, John is neither angry nor bitter, but it was certainly time for his story to be told. It’s very much a full biography; the story of his life as well as the history of the band from the very beginning. I also cover the period after he left, the ups and downs, and bring it right up to date. In writing the book I had a lot of help from some terrific people, and I’m very grateful. I was hugely impressed by how highly John is regarded by so many people. IF you want to mention it on your site I would be delighted of course. It’s called ‘Coghlan And Quo’ and is published by Aureus. It’s a full-length book with many photos that have never been seen before. It can be ordered directly on www.coghlanandquo.com. Ich habe von Address Bokk eine Live Version. Die erste Strophe singt ein mir unbekannter Mann. Die zweite Strophe singt Francis. Den Refrain dann beide. Spielen tut das ganze sicher nicht Quo den es klingt wie ein Orchester. Weisst du darüber mehr? |

I have a live Version of Address Book. Francis sing the second verse and the main part. The first verse sing another one. And i dont think that Quo ist playing. It sounds very Orchestra like Answer: Yes, it is a small orchestra. The track was recorded on April 7th, 1990 in the Abracadigance-Show on British TV with Richard Digance adding his voice. |
