It took a while to be able to do that, because the grief was so strong. He was a noble dog, and helped me raise children, get over the death of my father, and many other trials. He was a joy! Not sure if a puppy is the right way to go at this stage, so was hoping you had a nice, calm adult dog. Please let me know if that becomes a possibility.
