I've recently discovered your work via Darwin Wigget's blogsite. Your work is superb but your slideshows are magical and inspiring. I only wish I could understand English as well as Spanish (my mother tongue). Anyway I'm able to understand 70-80% of your narration, enough to be carried away to the magical places you have visited. If you don't mind I'll post a reference to your work in my blog.

I'll be grateful if you have time to visit my website (www.efferra.com) and sign my guestbook.

Keep up the inspiring work!

Bruce, I happened across your work in a very strange way - I've had the good fortune to share a taxi with your MOther on her way to collecting her £30! I've been taking part in the same hospital exams as her, and we stay quite close to each other so we share a cab! She is a wonderful lady - but then you know that! Your photographs are absolutely wondrous - you are uniquely talented, that is beyond doubt.

Hi Bruce;
Awe inspiring shots, they are so beautiful and poetic.
I came from tropical country and this is my first time in 4 season country. My friend have been telling not to go anywhere especially in winter, but certainly they are mistaken. Your pics makes me wanna go to the highlands now. I am not photographer and all I have is a Sanyo Xacti Handycam, but I am super eager to enjoy the serene beauty of winter in highlands. Sorry this is not a photography question: I plan to leave from Glasgow, which part of he highland will you recommend me to go and how, and lastly you mentioned a 10 GBP caravan, where can I book that? Thank you for your inspiration. ibnunajib(at)google(dot)com

I too share exactly the same passion for landscapes - currently reworking website. I use both and appreciate the both film and digital tools (returned to film about 2 years ago but occasionally shoot digital).

I'd like to ask you, since Velvia 50 returned, would you recommend shooting as rated? I am still currently using Velvia 100 for my needs but considering using the former.

Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts and passion.

Hi there Bruce!
I found your website while looking for articles about long, night photography. But I found much more interesting stuff in here. You have an interesting style, wich tend to the surreal, images dark in the edges, but clear and with vivid colours. I read most of your articles on the site, I believe, all of them great lessons. One of them I liked the most was the one where you say that equipment is not everything, but the eye, mind and feeling of the photographer, the camera just being the means to an end. Your pictures of the nuclear plant really amazed me! I´ve been to some industrial places like that (I´m a Mechanical Engineer) and next time I visit them, I´ll sure try to do some interesting pictures. Your pictures in Patagonia, Los Glaciares are awesome too! I Hope to visit that place someday, I live in the south part of Brazil.
Congratulations on your work!
Best regards, Rodrigo Feistauer.
