On July 24,2005 I had a little miracle enter my life. My placenta ruptured and My baby Aiden was born with respatory failure for 9 minutes. Aiden has spastic cerebral palsy, a feeding tube, numerous breathing problems, he is not responsive when talking to him so we believe that he is deaf as well. he does not have a gag reflex or a swallowing reflex. When I read bubba's story it really touched my in my heart. I would love some more insight on the disorder so that maybe I can learn from someone who had gone through the same thing that I am going through now. |

Hi, My nephews website is Baroid Butterfly. I just wanted to say how much your son's site touched me. My daughter is 12 years old and she is at a 1 year old level. And she also has her own way of speaking to us. But she blinks instead of blowing kisses. Your story about the day Bubba meet Jesus was something. I could never imagine how you must of felt that morning. But when you said his arm was pointed up, I thought he must have been reaching out for Jesus. I truly believe kids like Bubba and my daughter, Haley can see things that we never could. They are so pure and innocent. I truly believe Haley see's angels. I watch her as she plays in her room and looks up and it looks like she is watching something in her room and giggles with delight until I "rudely" interrupt this play. I can't imagine all the people your son must have touched, even in his passing. I know he has touched me, and I am so glad I got to meet him through your site and your words. First I want to Thank you for visiting my Precious Angel, April Dawn Black` web site and for signing her guest book. Your words meant so much to me and brought me such comfort. I am so sorry for the loss of your precious son, Bubba. I read about his life. It touched me deeply. I DO believe he was trying to tell you about what he was seeing, he was seeing the Angel's, light, GOD. I truley believe that. My grandson was born June 14th 2004, he was diagnosed with Down Syndrome. He now goes to the CP Center almost daily for Physical Therary. I have come to know some of the Children from the CP Center, and they have touched my heart. Thank you so much for letting me meet your Precious Bubba. My brother died from SIDS (sundden infant death syndrome) 15 years ago now, he was 4 months old, and I can still remember the last night I spent with him. Like yours with Bubba, it was different and not untill I got a little bit older did I realize that My brother was trying to say goodbye (I think) to me and my sister. We played with him like we have never played before, we had him in tears of laughter, and by morning he had passed on. I think Bubba new what was happening.
