I am from Western Austrlia and I happen to be the very proud owner/mother of two of the most gorgeous bull terrier minatures you could ever possibly hope to have in your life. I first found out about mini bulls from a newspaper ad and my boyfriend and me went to see the registered breeder in Perth to get a further insight into this breed. I should mention, however, that my boyfriend was a previous standard bull terrier owner and adores the breed. After speaking to the breeder and asking many questions we came home with little Titan, a coloured baby mini bull. I actually noticed from one persons comments that the price range in England can exceed $1000 - $2000? (though I am unsure as to which currency they referred to), thankfully Titan was not that expensive, there was also no shipping costs involved so for under $1000 (not including crate, pet products, puppy food, vet bills and 'accidents') we now have a very handsome and adorable 11 and 1/2 month old mini bull. Titan is a real sweetie, and such a dag (not to mention a sook!). He gives you the most ridiculous looks at times it can only make you smile, his antics vary from plain old dog tired to very wired and very energetic, though not energetic enough to want to go for a long walk. Then we brought home Chyenne, who is now a 6 month old white female for a companion and girlfriend for Titan. She is a different story - she has springs instead of legs, she is an escape artist, she burps nearly every time she opens her mouth, she farts continously, if she finds the need to bark at something she will but getting her to be quiet is quite a challenge, she will eat anything (and believe me she has) and she is the biggest dag. With boundless energy she's always on the move and always chewing on Titans legs though she gets in trouble for this. Together they are the most loveable larikans that I could have ever been blessed with. I couldn't have hoped to find a better breed than minature bull terriers. The only downfall I have found with them is that they are more pricey to insure and they aren't easy dogs to breed from, seeing as they require cesarions (please forgive my appalling spelling). I came across this page while doing a bit of research and I thought I'ld share my joy of owning such precious puppys with everyone else. All the best with all those mini bull babies out there! |

But I was VERY suprised when I saw my first miniature,what an energy and lust for live!!! I really hope this breed will not end up like some "merchandise" (like,as I feel it,the standard, in some cases, did) I got my own miniature bull now for about 5 years (I got her when she was two and an half years old) and she still has the same energy and fun,playing as she did the first time I met her!
