From the pictures on your site I knew it would be a lovely piece but upon seeing it in person, I can frankly say that while the pictures on yor site are an accurate depiction of the piece, they by no means do it justice! The shine of the silver was to be expected but what I didn't expect was the warmth and depth of the glass centerpiece. The headpiece and necklaces were perfect, since our theme was generally ivy. I know I couldn't have found better jewelry! The bridesmaids love their necklaces, and I'm sure they'll be wearing them again. I'm contemplating maybe ordering one of the necklaces for myself :) I've attached some pictures of the wedding. I made my dress and the bridesmaids' dresses, along with the guys' tops. The guys wore black utilikilts and big stompy boots. I also made my earrings and necklace. Unfortunately the necklace was nickel-plated, and it started to rub green onto my neck... it also was a duller finish than the headpiece, so I wish I'd done the necklace in a sterling also, as that really worked well with the white. But oh well :) I don't think it was that noticeable, and the headpiece is what really stood out and got all the attention anyway. Thank you for doing a fabulous job on these. | Comments: | Hey Kelly! I can't believe it! We pulled it off! We got the crown in perfect time and in it looked smashing on Rose! I gave it to her the night before at rehearsal dinner and she was crying and could barely breath when she got it. I had one of the little girls at our wedding (the 11 year old daughter of our minister) bring it out to her on a pillow - just like you might do with a queen. While the little 11 year old girl was fetching the crown from the other room the whole family room (filled with about 25 friends and family) was quite astir wondering and whispering what this "surprise" might be. Then it came out and everyone was aghast with delight! I gave it to her as I read Isaiah 62 from the Bible. If you get a chance look it up - either online or in a Bible - Isaiah is a big book in the old testament just after Psalms. Anyway - it talks about how the Lord takes us in as nobodies and then crowns us with his love and calls us His princess. Cool picture. Well - mostly I just wanted to thank you for working your fanny off for us! It made all the difference in our wedding and our life!
