| Comments: | What I really would like to see is Adam as Charlie Moon, the NA cop/rancher in the series of books by James D. Doss. I just know that he would be great. These books are sometimes referred to as the Shaman series and Mr. Doss has written about a dozen of them, Great characters, beautiful scenery, poignant moments, murders and truly fun humor. It's where Adam should be, what he should be doing. He could give Charlie Moon the depth that Mr. Doss just hints about.

| Comments: | Adam is an incredible actor that seems to have integrity. Of course it is his good looks that is also very appealing to me. Most my school mates were Native and tho I was not raised on a Reservation I understood the life and family style. The movie Smoke Signals is such a great story. From the two girls driving in reverse (the only gear besides park)in their "Hoopty hooo" to the parties at the house full of drunken Indians. I can relate to all that film potrays. Even tho the film is rather mild concerning alcoholism, it still reflected the impact alcholol deems on the "People's" life. I spent 3 months in paradise once in a canyon called Havasu which is a finger of the Grand Canyon. No cars, only reservaton housing and beauty. I witnessed a mule train that smuggled in cases of "Jim Beam." For those of you that dont know, alcohol is illegal on a Reservation. For one week the People where passed out on every trail, fights broke out, children fended for themselves and fnally kaoas passed as the booze dwindled. Not all People partook in the drink fest (I was one, only because I didnt want to get beat up!) I am sure Adam understands this scenerio of life on a Res. I commend Adam Beach for his accomplishments and hope his integrity in films continues. Thanks Adam! |

I think that Adam is a great actor and definately is breaking new ground for us in movies and entertainment. One day, people might actually think that we are people like anyone else. As a 20 year old during WWII Ira Hayes was the only one I remembered from the flag raising at Iwo Jima. Adam's performance was so powerful that I tell everyone I come in contact with to see Flags of our Fathers and especially about his performance. I would love to see him in Bury My Heart At Wounded Knee, but I don't think I could stand seeing a movie about our treatment of the American Indians. It would be too unsettling for me. |
