I've long been interested in caverns and have in fact visited many, but - being a little claustrophobic, I never thought of actually exploring one myself. That attitude was reinforced when I read the story of Floyd Collins. Shudder! also ,I wanted to mention,I have a cave entrance about 40 ft. from my back door. It goes down about a 100 ft. I think it's apart of the Snailshell Cave basin in Rutherford CO. in Tennessee, which is sappose to be the longest cave in TN, APPROX. 13 MILES LONG! That's all for now. Sagay Exploration Club founded in 1999, composed of students and young professionals is a non-stock, non-profit organization based in Sagay city, Negros Occidental, Philippines. And is primary dedicated to the promotion of cave, forest and wildlife conservation, preservation and protection. As well as caving as a pure and whole some sport. During our caving exploration and surveys most of it are unfinished due to lack of necessary caving equipments, and most of us in the organization only rely into our headlamps. and most of our surveys stops whenever there is a vertical passage due to lack of proper technical caving equipments. And were in great despair because of this hindrances, for most of our members cannot afford to have the necessary said equipments. In line with this, we come to your organization, to ask for your great help for us to have the necessary caving equipments and for us push and finished our explos and surveys. We will appreciate it very much if you can help and send us equipments even just used ones. Looking forward for yourc benevolent help to our great need of help organization.
