Comments:Hello,

I just bought a Canadian Horse about two months ago and I am TOTALLY in love with him. He is one of the best looking horses at the barn where we board him (and that's compared to a couple of fancy Hanoverians that my instructor and her daughter ride!). My friend has a Halflinger and we are still having a heated debate about which breed is better. Eventually she'll cave in and admit that Canadian Horses are the BEST HORSES EVER!!

Comments:Hi there,
I live in Oregon, in the States, and I have a half Canadian gelding I got out of my Oregon mustang mare. I believe she is at least part Canadian and she had a real good colt. I bred her to a Stallion in BC and we are crazy about the baby. He's coming 2 now and he seems to be very smart. We love his disposition and the only problem might be that he may get taller than we really wanted. His sire is under 14.2 and his dam is a strong 15. He's 15 in the butt now and growing like a weed. We'll never sell him. We have thought of buying a Canadian mare now that we've seen how wonderful the breed is. We enjoy breeding and raising babies. Plus it would be smart to take two mares up to BC at the same time or do the AI thing.
You all have a wonderful breed and we wish you the best in expanding the breed and saving it from the 'rare' breeds list. Doris Keith-Hoitt
