But as I grew up in society, what with going to school and other public places, the thought of Wolf slipped pass my mind. I am extremely grateful that it was not lost. Man has tainted the image of Wolf in a way that many run in fear or cower at the howl that pierces the soul. I am glad that I am not one of those people who live this way. I welcome Wolf into my life and hope that with time, we'll grow closer. It is true that, "When a man moves away from nature his heart becomes hard." He is drawn to the Native American/Canadian culture so much. He has gotten a wolf tattoo on his bicep this year and is looking for an arm band tatt to go with it. He has the ability to see the totem animals as well and he told me he had a wolf. That wolf was called and he told him to go help the one that needed him more.
