listening to the Theme Song of OverTime and reading your summaries. I just finished the drama on VCDs. I spend one afternoon and one night(yesterday) and finished the show. I was very depressed after watching. Rather than just depressed, I was maybe too into the show, feeling how Sochiro would have felt to let Natsuki go and how Natsuki felt to know he deliberately did something to make her go back to Kuga. I guessed I wanted them to be happy together instead of being so rational and making the so-called good decisions. I believed Sochiro loves Natsuki and could give her just as much happiness as Kuga could give her. He should have hold her back. Afterall, he can't be sure that Kuga will treat her right and she will be happy. He should have hold her back and did the best for her by giving her what she wanted (to be with Sochiro), rather than what leaving her to someone whom he thought could take even better care of her. She has made her mind up to be with Sochiro, that's why she ignore Kuga and said something like "Sochiro would want me" at the wedding. But Sochiro is the one who gave up. You can't say he did not love her. He did, he really just want her to be happy and the best for her, but but but, this should not have been the ending. |
