Just out of hospital and mending at home after a two week stay. Suffered from a severe diabetic foot infection, had a portion of my foot amputated. Didn't know I was Diabetic type 1 until I went to the emergency room with a swollen foot. I feel I'm very fortunate that we caught it when we did, could have been much worse. Doctors did a great job of working to save most of my foot. I'll be at home be healing for two to three months. In need of recipes, especially chicken. Thank you for this web site and God Bless. |
