Comments:I bought your LP and saw you guys in Germany. If I remember correctly, you opened for Mordred. Thanks for the cool music (the bass tabbing!), you should have become more famous. Thanks for enriching our lives with our great music.

Comments:It's great to see people still adding on to atom seeds site. Since I never got to see them, living in Australia has anyone got any clips to add onto you tube so we can get a bit of a live experience. C'mon guys how about reuniting and doing a tour, like Australia. I've loved your music for like 18 years or so.

Comments:Sigh - the days of my Hi-Tec white basketball boots, dodgy leather jacket and even dodgier hair. But what a great band. Saw them a few times, but the gig that sticks in my mind was some kind of "battle of the bands" affair at the long defunct Marquee on Charing X Road (where the shit Weatherspoons is now). I remember queueing for ages outside whilst Gary Crowley prattled on into a TV camera right in front of us. When we got inside it was something like Catherine Wheel and Teenage Fanclub up first followed by Atom Seed. We were sat on the stairs in the foyer during Catherine Wheel when who should sit down in front of us but Dave Grohl and Courtney Love (can't remember seeing Cobain but he must have been there). Unfortunately, I think they were there to see Teenage Fanclub rather than Atom Seed, like the vast majorty of the crowd judging by the turnaround between bands. Still, cracking show from the lads just like many others. Get in Line!

You should get together and do a reunion, that would be fun and I'd definitely be there!

Rebel and Castles in the Sky were the sound track for mine and my brothers summer 1990.
Brings back loads of memorys, many many happy ones and some very sad.
My brother Rob sadly died earlier this year aged only 33, was a massive fan of you guys.
His band "Meg" played Rebel quite a few times in live shows.

Keep rocking, till you drop. Moo

Comments:Britain's answer to Faith No More & Red Hot Chilli Peppers - except many would say they were much better! Hadn't realised there was an unreleased 2nd album, which, based on the sample mp3 tracks here, should have been given the opportunity to take the charts by storm. What chance it being released? perhaps via Angel Air or some other sympathetic label; then, even better, reform & do a 3rd! They were a truly great band.

Comments:Definately a blast from the past. I went to see Atom seed as one of my first gigs in London in 1990 (?) (can't even remember the venue now) and then Birmingham uni a couple of years later. Still have Get in line peeking out of my CD collection. One of my mates had the Dead Happy EP and I really loved 'The Assassin.' Does anyone have this as an MP3?? Would really appreciate getting hold of it.
Bye for now.

Comments:My God! The Atom Seed, skin tight black jeans and Reebok basketball boots, probably a Wolfsbane T-shirt and JB's Junction 10! What a total blast from the past.

My brother, Ed and a couple of mates used to trawl round the country after them! Walsall, Birmingham, Tamworth, Coventry, London, Buckley! I even remembering a whole gang of us crashing at Sean Worrall's after the gig at the Borderline(?) and seeing Doug Pinnick from Kings X walking down Charing Cross Road.

I thought it was so cool when I used to hang out with Amir and Simon at gigs.

Chris, do you still have all that long curly hair????

Comments:I can`t believe that i have`nt found this before. The Atom Seed were a great band. My friends and myself used to travel from Shrewsbury to see the band on a regular basis after seeing them support the Chilli Peppers in Birmingham.
Suffice to say they blew the Chilli Peppers and us away. I bought the first ep that evening and still today it is a heavily played favourite. We were gutted when the band folded. We met Sean Worral (Spelling ?????) a few times after but have lost touch. Thanks for setting this site up so that us oldies can relive our past. What are the boys doing nowadays. They were too good not to carry on in music in some form. What great memories i have. Cheers. Les from Shrewsbury.

Comments:I've had one of those bizarre mornings when something triggers a great memory, and you Google - just to see..... 15 years ago, first time i'd experienced a full house in the TIV in Buckley. Amazing atmosphere and sound.

I feel really awful admitting this now...... i pinched Paul's black wooley hat when he was crowd surfing. I was only 15 and when he tried to shame the person who'd took it i stuffed it up my top with guilt, i couldn't admit that i wanted his hat. Sorry

Fucking speechless. I loved this band, they were always great value live and "Get In Line" is one of the very few albums I can listen to without skipping tracks. Wish they'd reform.

Memories of shows at Southend, Cumbria, Bethnal Green, Marquee etc & bumping into Chris at every bloody aftershow & free bar I ever went to.

The Atom Seed remain one of the very best live acts I've ever seen.
