I have been a big fan of yours since growing up in Australia, and still to date, have nearly every one of your recordings but of course in today's format of CD. Though the one Ronnie did of the songs from A Day, before A Day came out still escapes me. I once had it on Cassette. If there is one question that I could ask you should you wish to acknowledge this contact, is how did you come up with the electronic riffs you use in the song Louise. These have to be the most haunting ethereal synthesiser riffs that I have ever heard. Beats John Foxx, Gary Numan, and other artists of electronic wizardy hands down. I can play Louise over and over again. If I am melancholy, depressed,or moods similar to these. I sometimes even create videos in my mind as to what visual theme one could paint to such heart wrenching beautiful notes. So far, the best one would be a video based on a guy thinking of a girl he would like to have a relationship with. It is a theme for a song as opposite to what the words reflect. But with the right backdrop, time of day or night, portrayal of the weather,and of course the future thoughts of the relationship, the synthesiser riffs on Louise could create a psychological masterpiece. I travel a lot from Guam to Asian cities for my job given my geographic proximity, and depending on what construction project I am involved with. I always chekc out the import music stores in Tokyo, so I will keep a look out for Heroes, hoping that they will have the CD Version from Europe. I am not a big fan of iTunes because the download can always be distorted by bandwidth changes in download speed. How could I order a copy of Heroes on CD direct from your site? By the way, I hope it is as good as the cover you did of Wild is The Wind. In conclusion, it is a pleasure to be able to make contact with you, and please keep writing and recording.
