ur site is so cool!!!! i have been a doris fan since i found out she was calamity jane which was years ago. i am 13 years old and live in england. i think doris is the most talanted person ever. she rocks.one of the problems of living in england is you can't find doris stuff anywhere:music stores, book shops,charity shops, you name it. i have to order it over the internet. the other day i went out and brought loads of 60's type clothes like doris used to wear! they are so cool, and i tried to find some boots like she wears in calamity jane but i couldn't.its really annoying coz no one i know is a doris fan apart from my music teacher, so i have no one to talk about her films and her songs and stuff. it sux. anyway c ya |

My 16 year old son loves this movie and all 3 of my boys know the songs and love to sing them. (sometimes the words are wrong cause we need Lyrics!!!) young teen of 12-13years. Now I have my 14 year old enjoying her movies. She was a delightful actress and I miss seeing her in the movies. I wish there were more movies made in the wholesome way that she made her movies today. I also enjoyed all of her songs. What a sweetheart she was in the 50's and 60's. I will be a fan of hers for life. I enjoyed all of her movies, because I admired her for the kind of person she was both on and off the silver screen. I wish I can send her some fan mail.
