RE: Seeking Individual Artists, Art Groups.
Ten (10) Diverse Artists needed immediately-- ALL MEDIA --for Membership to Base Gallery Co-op.
Cincinnati's oldest non-profit Artist-run gallery exhibiting regional and national Artists since 1992. This well-respected gallery is the founder of the Final Friday Gallery Walk and is located in the Downtown Cincinnati Art District and part of the North Main Street Business Association. The gallery is known for the diversity of work displayed. The space is divided into five (5) separate galleries with hardwood flooring including rear atrium area. In addition, there are three large storefront window areas for exhibiting works. The gallery has twelve (12) new exhibits per year. This non-profit space is a volunteer-oriented group who network together as co-owners of the art space. The gallery has been awarded several Cincinnati Small Art’s Organizational Grants, and three (3) gallery co-op artists have been honored with Cincinnati Individual Artist Grant Awards.
Since we are an Artist-run space, we depend on each member to help "run" the space by volunteering to "gallery sit" one day per month during regular business hours (Fri.Sat.Sun. 12 to 5 PM), or, help with other neccessary gallery functions.
Membership offers inclusion in 12 Group Shows per calendar year and one Solo Show per calendar year. Includes total access to gallery (security code and gallery key), usage to 2nd floor studio and art kitchen.
In addition,members are offered inclusion in the "Second Sunday on Main". These events offer wine tasting,open-air market,live music and more, the event runs from Summer through Fall.Gallery tent available for members.

Individual Gallery Spaces are priced on a monthly basis for Guest Solo Show and Guest Group Show opportunities. Call gallery or E-mail Director for prices of individual gallery space fees and gallery availability. Average monthly fee for individual gallery space is $175.00.
