| Comments: | Just returned from our 4th trip to PEI, as usual we had a wonderful time, it is such a piece of heaven on earth there. Carr's is a place you must visit when on the island the food is fantastic, the people are friendly and kind and the setting is magical. Thanks for the memories PEI, and Carr's , we will return soon.

| Comments: | Salut. First excuse my English... We were at your place in early June, and once we had your Malpeque oysters, it was so good ! Still thinking of it. For supper once I had the Fish Cake, just like my grandma et my mom use to do it and more the "Hot Biscuit", I could faint, the souvenir of my childhood. I don't have any recepee for those biscuits, I would die to have it, would it be possible that you would send it to me ? It would make me very happy. We where living at the Beach House, Brenda suggested your restaurant. We hope we will be able to return soon in PEI.

I want to thank Phylis, Patty and all the staff for making it so memorable. A very special thanks to Dave Carr for sharing all his knowledge, understanding and love for the sea.
