Johnson/Johnston - I'm fairly sure that the Civil War papers I have are the same man - 14th MS Infantry/Co.D - mostly recruited from Clarke Co, MS. Beed moved to Ark, md. Mary Ann Dunn (bn. Calhoun Co, Ms?)- in 1870 census there - I lose him in 1880 - 1900 census Ark - death 1905 Ark. I think he was back in MS early part of 1870's and maybe through 1880 census. My Great Grandfather FREDERICK JOSEPH FAYARD came here to the port of New Orleans in 1872 along with two of his brothers, whose names are unknown. He was one of 24 children of NAPOLEON FAYARD and mother unknown. I had always been told that the Fayard family was of just one family line, if that is to be true, there is surely alot now. From a recent book on the family I believe that my great-great-great-great grandfather would have been Joseph Bouzage and his son would have been John Baptiste Bouzage, whose son was Victor Bouzage, whose son was Joseph Ebernezer Bouzage, whose son was Leonard Rudolph Bosarge (my great-grandfather), whose son was A.P.
