As you may have heard, a big reunion in October of 1999 is
being planned in Yokohama.

of attending the reunion as the real purpose of this is to
get everyone in touch again....after more than 20 years for
some of us.

Does anyone remember me. I left at the end of Grade 10
(1979) to go back to the UK. Kept in touch with the Ackers
for a long while and also Erik van der Poel, but eventually
lost touch. Left the UK in 1987 and came to Australia as my
parents had been posted here and have been here ever since.
I now live in Sydney with my second husband(!!) Darryl, who
is of Anglo-Indian descent and my wonderful 10 year old
daughter, Natalie who in fact had the pleasure of visiting
YIS (in May when I visited Tokyo and Yokohama on
business)and met the delightful Mme Veronique Marmillot and
a lovely gentleman called Dennis Stanworth. It was like
going home although it has been almost 20 years.
Well get bck to me someone. I would love to hear the news
from around the world. If anyone can remember Merantine
Hens, Kari Andersen, I would love to know where they are
now??
