Now of course it's far, far more complicated than the way I just condensed it into 2 sentences, but, in a big way, it is just that simple. Why vent here? This doesn't seem to be a "hardcore" bondage site and, though I am only a 1st time visitor, I get a good vibe here, if that makes any sense. I am in my early 50's and have been into bondage-virtually-forever. I turned my wife on to it(and several willing women before her), and she jumped in feet first. She initiated and brought roleplaying into our lives about a year after we got married, consisting of home invasion/kidnapping/DID fantasies,sometimes we would do it at home, sometimes we would go out and rent a motel room just for the purpose of acting out a roleplaying fantasy. Man, I thought I was as close to heaven as I could get without giving up this life. Now I am struggling with the loss of not only my wife/partner, but my best friend and soulmate-we both truly believed that destiny had brought us together-but also, I haven't even had sex for the last 4 or 5 months, much less any fetish fulfillment(except in my head of course). The prospect of not only starting over, but finding someone compatible to my fetishes seems overwhelming. We all know how things like this are a part of us.
