To Jeter..Couldn't help to sign the guestbook. Just wanted to thank you for helping me find my groove again on the drums. Those nights at Gene Lynns club back in 2005 will always be a treasured time for me. I had recently lost my Dad (Russ David) and years before my brother Rusty. Both piano men. What a lucky night indeed when my girl and I just happened to come accross Brandt's last Saturday. We were just in town for a getaway weekend. We had no idea we would find such good music on our night out. Of course I had to buy the disc, and when I got home and listened I could not believe how good it is. Very impressive. When will there be more? Now I just wish Trio Tres Bien would play Kansas City. | |

Howard I want you to know how thoroughly, thoroughly we enjoyed listening to Trio Tres' Bien. What a cool project. So many things I could say, but you obviously, based on what I heard, know them all (and I'm learning them). Compositions, arrangements, improvization, ensemble playing, one heart and mind, sacrifice, etc. It's all evident to me as I listen. Not having the pleasure of knowing you and your brothers, I've filled in all the blanks of years of dedication and struggle to yield such a complete sound. I salute the three of you and wish you the very best - I'll be enjoying this for a while! When's the next one!

I have loved your music from the first time I heard you play in 1976/1977 at your sister's (Pastor Patricia T. Whitelocke) church at a special concert. I remember the first time I heard the song Agape Love, along with Gwendolyn's (Harold's wife) vocals. My soul was moved and I think the earth under me too! The concert was as fabulous as the CD. The combined talent of the three brothers is beyond description. May their efforts be recognized by all who appreciate music--not just jazz. Good music today is a rarity so if you would like to recapture moments of enjoyable listening, I recommend that you buy the CD, relax, and appreciate!
