Carmarthenshire championships 27-Nov'10. Well done team firstly for conducting yourselves at top class (as reported back by our coach Aled)all day and raising the bar and delivering a top class competition result. 7 gold, 5 silver and 4 bronze. The competition was tough especialy from the teams up the valleys but carmarthenshire dug deep to produce a brilliant performance and a brilliant top of the medal table by a country mile, how good is that, now no easing off the pedal it's back to the Dojo to analise and improve hard work,break to enjoy your Christmas and hit it once more in the new year,A BIG WELL DONE from Mair. | |

Whaw what a super grading, another 100% pass. Students are now carefully selected to attempt their next grading. Only students with the required amount of training sessions are considered and of these students selection is then made by ability and effort. We are now achieving by making the right choices, hard work so equals achievement and that i firmly believe. Well done to you all I am so proud of all the effort you put in to the tough course and then the grading to follow.6 had 9th kyu,7 had 8th kyu,3 had 7th kyu,4 had 6th kyu,1 had 5th kyu & 1 had 4th kyu, congratulations to you all. It was one of the proudest moments for me to witness Laura become my official very first black belt, she started training with me as a small child when we opened our new club in St. clears over seven years ago, what an occation and to put even more icing on the cake for Alan to get 1st kyu and both Jordan and Aled to 3rd Kyu.All the hard work and extra training shone out on the day and credit to all four of you for such dedication.The future for you all is huge so stride forward with determination and don't look back. Hi All
I would just like to say a big thanks to everyone who helped me prepare for my fight in the BUSHI Kai Open Championships on the weekend,it was a real eye opener for me and obviously a very nervous one to,with a high standard of fighters, it was a great feeling to be apart of the day up there and to represent my club, cheers pete who gave me jip and banter before i went on,and also danny boy for my tips and for putting up with the endless questions and nagging from me about the day to put my mind at ease mind you immodium helped haha look forward to my next one now brecon will have his work cut out with me from now till then, does he know what he is letting his self in for (i think not) Regards TOMO | |
