//Katie Hi I attended 2008 Skate America last month, and on Thursday I got to watch the Ice Dance groups practice. After your group went, you came out to the stands to watch the second group and you sat in the row behind me and my mom and my aunt. I wanted to tell you then that I thought you did a great job, and I was really impressed, but I was a little to star struck nervous. I hadn't been watching Skating as much lately because it's usually so hard to find on television, but since Skate America I've been watching old recordings of your programs (on IceNetwork.com and YouTube.com) and am so enamored by your performances that I'm really getting back in to the sport (I even bought tickets to another upcoming event). Anyway, I know it sounds a little weird that I remembered that you sat behind us, but I've been regretting not saying something this whole time. Amazing performances!! Katie PS - Katherine, I saw that your bio says you were born in Cincinnati, Ohio. I actually live in Columbus, Ohio...just though that was intresting! Good luck in all upcoming events!!!!!!! |
