I was in Israel many years ago and advertized in the paper for anybody with the name Zaretsky to come foward and meet me at my hotel. I was with the Jewish Federation on a mission. Two men by the name of Zaretsky came to my hotel to meet me. I think it was a father and son. He told me that he remembered when my mother left for the United States in 1911. I believe my grandfather had seven brothers in his family. Two of my cousins are named Alexander. I would be very curious to know if we are related!! I am trying to find the roots of my family. COMMENTS	Hey guys, As an Israeli living in NY, I have closely watched your performance in Vancouver Olympics and felt very very proud. You guys did a terrific, wonderful job! I have only amateur knowledge of figure skating (that is- I like watching it), but I just wanted to share a small comment from what I noticed compared to other performers (and based on how it looks on TV). Sasha - I think you look better with long hair and with lighter make up. The thick black around the eyes and the short hair just don't look good on TV. But I must tell you, whether you scored well or not, you touched my heart with your performance this evening. Before this figure skating held little interest for me. The transition in your choice of music from "Schindler's List" reminded me, and I hope reminded us all, of the great suffering of Israel throughout the ages and the greater hope in the suffering and resurrection of Messiah Y'shua, as proclaimed in "Via Dolorosa", which is for all of Israel and all the nations. It really came home when Sasha curled up around Roman's arm and he carried her across the rink. Imagine my dismay at seeing a "Jewish" dance( why not an "Israeli" dance ????) to Hava Nagilah, with a recording in which the words are not pronounced correctly ("hava ninarerah" ? some nonsense instead of "belev sameach" ???). Shame on you for not using one of the millions of recordings where the words are pronounced correctly!!!
