| Comments: | According to the Scout Lease plans - The area of the Scout Hut itself is about 260 sq metres. The area occupied by the hut and car park is about 850 sq metres and the area of the field the Scouts lease is about 350 sq metres. |

| Comments: | The planning application refers to the Scout hut being 260m square....is that accurate...has anyone actually measured the hut and the surrounding storage / parking area ( which arguably is used for Scout purposes )? |
