| Comments: | Hi, I wanted to tell you that you are an inspiration to me as i too am a self taught artist. I do not have your success and have just recently begun to think about trying to expand my horizons into the art field. I only work in oils and have labored many hours to learn to paint in a realistic style. I have a long way to go. I need much more discipline and need to hone my skills (drawing). I have sold a few paintings and have three in a gallery but have not really taken myself seriously (although I want too) I can not think of anything I would rather do than paint....and when i do not do it i feel guilty and hate myself and everyone else too. Anyway, your work is beautiful and makes me feel that I too could one day do as you have as a self taught artist even though I do not have a degree. Have you taken many classes or did you go it alone, i know how confusing it can be, well it least it has been for me but I am beginning to get a better feel for it, i refused to take local classes (small town) because everyone painted one dimensional flat paintings and they all looked the same. Have you ever encountered this? I do have a School of Art series of vhs tapes from the 1990's that helped a great deal and lots of reference material. How did you find yourself? Sincerely Cheryl |

El Viejo, You can easily convert most languages by visiting the website that I use, which I have attached a link to. 1. Open any page in your browser. 2. RIGHT-click and then click on view source. 3. RIGHT-click and then Select ALL. 4. RIGHT-click and then Copy Click on link to Language Translator program 5. RIGHT-click and paste. After translation... 1. RIGHT-click and then Select ALL. 2.RIGHT-click and then Copy Paste into blank document with whatever webmaster program you use. I just use FrontPage. And then, Save as your new version. I have set up a whole different directory on my server, so there is never any file transfer error. I use all the same file names with simply SV (Spanish Version) in front. I was born in Dublin in 1944 and attended Blackrock College in Tipperary before being awarded a Bachelor of Commerce degree at University College, Dublin. I studied painting and drawing at Newpark College, Dublin and attended the CEER classes at the National College for ARt and Design over two years, and DLCAD, Dunlaoghaire, extramural classes in art at UCD and also studied privately with profesional painters.
