Unfortunatly, about 4 days before a certainly extremely sad day, she came up with liver disease. It killed her spirit, and it was almost like she was telling us it was okay to let her go. Man, I miss her so much, and I believe in heaven, but you have made me believe in rainbow bridge as well, and I hope Amber will just be their waiting for me, and she will look at me with those beautiful eyes and bark... well, thanks for putting this on your webpage. The prosecutor in Scott's case manipulated the jury with hidden evidence, deception and lies. The actual murder weapon, a circle of blood, was discovered and noted at the crime scene but hidden by the prosecutor to strengthen his case. Every last member of the original jury has since signed sworn affidavits acknowledging they were duped. The real murderer, Rick Kondian, confessed to the killing of James Alessi in 1990. He confessed that he killed the victim striking him with an unopened champagne bottle because Alessi attempted to rape him. He has stated that Scott had nothing to do with it. Paul Scott had left the crime scene about 3 ˝ hours before the murder took place. Rick Kondian's parents had $45 000 with which to plea bargain for their son's life. When I think of you, words can't describe how I feel. Friend just does not cover the bond we now have. Forever friends that met while helping the fur friends. My life has been blessed by our meeting each other, while not in person, we have met in heart and spirit. Know this, I am grateful to our loving GOD for that fact. Katrina did many nasty things in her wake, yet I have found many in Mississippi that I now adore and pray for on a constant basis. My wish and prayer is that one day soon we have the chance to meet and boy will that be fun! Many happy tears to help ease the others we have cried over the last year. So, to you my friend, thanks. I am richer because of you and Rodney and all the fur babies!!!!!!!!!!With that said, this ole (Southern gal) shall head to bed knowing the meaning of friendship and compassion for those we have not held in our arms, but in our hearts for sure.
