Anyway, have you got any pictures of Clowes of Longnor's beautifully-presented fleet? If not, do you want some? Never managed to find their depot though.

Also, can anybody help me with the identities of the ex-MPTE Swifts which ran for the lamented Knotty Bus? I had a list years ago, but three house moves later I can't find it!

All the best,

Ian

The photo on front page of Olympian is ace. Sets of your site to a perfect standard. Your site has a place in the future and so do the idiots who wrote the silly comment's difference being your site has more time to be created they have even less time before they get CREMATED !!!

Keep up the good work mate love the updates they really are starting to make your site worthy of all the work you are putting into it.

I'll be back for more when the site has more so you'll never gte rid of at least one visitor if you keep on adding to your site.

Chris,
You carry on mate. The "dickheads" who have put these sick comments on your website, are complete and utter morons. Like other genuine enthusiasts have said, your photography is very good quality. Its a pleasure to view good quality photos - not the blurred ones, we even see in major publications?
Rise above those morons and don't let them spoil your pleasure doing a hobby, you obviously enjoy!!

Good luck in finding more photographic subjects/opportunities.
Best wishes,
Nigel.

As for the stupid comments in the Guestbook by certain people....that is an unfortunate fact of life on the Internet - that there is a lot of MORONS around with nothing better to do. I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of the comments are from the same brain-dead person...

Keep the site going. There are more people who appreciate it than not!

Comments:Love the site has got some great pictures on. Sad to hear that you are going to get rid of the site because i think it is ace. With living in Blackpool i have a lot of old buses running around the streets. Mainly the Atlantean which some have seen better days but most are in good working order. We also have around 19 Leyland Olympian`s which all have 3 diffrent Body`s ECW, ELC and Row. I love the old buses they all have a lot of charactor about them and they also look better than some of the newer buses. If anyone would like to take a look at my site please do. I will be adding a lot of picutes of the Atlantean`s and Olympian`s over the coming month`s as this is the only real time to get good pictures of them. With the seasonal services starting up on Friday 18th April it gives me a chance to get a load of pictures of them. I will be adding interior pictures to the site aswell. With Blackpool Transport having nearly the largest fleet of Atlantean`s which are still in full days service then it gives me a chance to get some great pictures.
Note: All the pictures now get put onto me photo site. There is a link on my website which will lead you straight there.

Don`t let these pricks force you to shut the site down it has some good quality pictures and i would be a shame to see them go.

The site is good as for the comments well I suppose that just shows how the world has such pathetic little pricks that progress into big pricks. Comment such as get a life mmm seems a bit like the POT calling the KETTLE black.
