Just started watching "Planet Earth", but have always loved all of God's creatures, he gave them to us to care for and companionship, and I'm ashamed many could care less about them. What would this earth be like without any of them?!! That's a sobering thought! I know there are many wonderful people who are into conservation and education, but my favorite was Steve Irwin (Croc Hunter) because of his genuine enthusiasm and it was with unashamed affection and caring he showed and taught so many. Its partly his influence that made me want to learn more about the "so called ugly scary creepy" misunderstood ones.. like sharks, alligators, crocs, spiders, snakes etc.. God made them for a reason, so I think they should be studied and learned about, ALIVE! Thank YOU for this site and links to others with this love of all creatures..

WE can help these creatures by not tryying to polute our wourld. Did you know that the spotted cuscus has a pouch that it carries its baby in,the spotted cuscus has a couple of babys but only one survives in the mothers pouch. THis creature belongs to the kangarooo family,but in the past people have mistaken it for a monkey because it has monkey like features this creature moves very slow and eats fruits, flowers, small birds and even reptiles
