We purchased our Domara Shepherd from you the fall of 2000, he was an August litter and we nicknamed him Waylon. Everywhere we go we get comments on his striking beauty and outstanding disposition. We travel all over with him and dog breeders/competitors will introduce themselves asking where we purchased him... He's fabulous if I don't say so myself.
He is incredibly eager to please and practically reads my mind. He has been good with all other animals over the years (chickens, cats, goats, and horses) and wonderful with our now 4 year old son. "Thank You!" for breeding such a magnificent creature, our best friend. |

No fear on me not liking your dogs. I think the one that stands out to me is your sble boy. He is balanced front to back. He has a gret front end that many US dogs lack. I could just see me winning over here with such a splendid animal. Did you ever see my boys Highlander and Nijynski. They had front to spare and them some lol. Next year I will have to look seriously for a baby. Ha that's a joke it will be nearly old age by the time I get it. The Pet Pasport scheme is the only way to get one over here and it takes 6 months and loads of jabs and vets visits. |

| : I am in the preliminary stages of looking for a german shepard dog. We currently have a twelve year old female german shepard. She has been a wonderful pet and companion. Now that our children are grown, I am looking for a dog for myself-- as a companion mostly but with some guard responsibilities too. I don't really know much about training this way but know I love the breed. We live on 20 acre farm--horses. Love to hike the beach. Both my husband and I work. Our dog is part of our family. Our female plays a great game of tetherball and is in charge of the horses. I tell you this to give you some idea of what we might need. Our current dog was a case of good luck, I don't know if we would do as well again.
My husband is gone often and I am home alone. In addition I spend I often spend time alone in an isolated beach area hiking the beach the woods. Our dog has been a wonderful companion for me. I will also tell you I am worried about the German Shepard hips as you might well know. Our twelve year old dog is doing well but with increasing arthritic hips. I want to insure that the next dog I get doesn't go through this early. Thanks for your consideration Vicki |

| : I have a 12 week old female german shepherd which I have now had for 5 weeks. She is sweet, very active, gorgeous and bullies my 9 1/2 year old yellow lab. My 26 pound cat hates her, because he feels he is no longer the boss. Yes, Moon Meadow is quite the dominant puppy. My previous experience with animals does not include shepherds. Boy what I surprise I got. Although Meadow carries everything around in her mouth, including the water bowl (even when it's full), she has not destroyed anything yet, unlike my lab when he was a puppy. He carried everything around and then proceeded to eat it (even the molding on the walls). Meadow is not like that. I am, however, having a little difficulty potty training. She is paper trained, but for some reason she does not like to do #2 outside on a leash. She prefers the paper and being off the leash. I am going to solve this problem by fencing my one of four acres, so that she has a little more freedom as to where she would like to carry-out her business. My son (who has cerebral palsy and can not walk) loves her and so do I. When something happens to my old guy (the yellow lab) I plan to immediately get another shepherd or lab to try to fill the gap that I know Meadow and the rest of us will have. I will admit, although partial to labs, I find Meadow to be the most intellegent dog I have ever owned. | |

I am doing great. Still love the show ring and am learning how to look my best there. Mom spoils me rotten still... of course it helps when I crawl in her lap and clean her face. I am also very good at making her laugh! She says at 82 and 1/2 lbs I don't fit, but I think she is wrong! Mom sat on the floor last night and I sat right on her lap. No problem. We went to the "property" last night and I got to RUN! Sage was very wild running back and forth between Mom and Dad so I followed her. Oh, what fun we had! I can hardly wait until we move out to all that space. You should see how far into the air I can leap. Mom says, "Gordy, be careful!" But I don't always listen. I heard I am an uncle? Tell Wendy congratulations for me. Send pics of my nieces and nephews soon. Hope one looks like me! Give Rocko a cigar to celebrate (just kidding!) and am commited to their intelligence sensitivity loyalty and their dignity. Our last 4 shepherd all came from a breeder in St. Louis that produced great temperment dogs (she also works closely with the Monks of New Skeete and their breeding) but our last 2 gogs have had serious health problems..and our current male who is almost 6 had both hips replaced before he was one and is sweet with us but ht eonly shepherd I have had that I don't completely trust. Therefor, I am just beginning to look at other sources for our next family pet...it may be a few years before we would be looking, but with 2 small children I want to be confident in the temperment and health of our next "baby" I would love to come by and meet your dogs sometime just to get a feel for your philosophy etc. What kind of socilization do you do with your puppies?And I know that beauty comes from within....and this is a future member of the family...but I would be looking for a female of the traditional black and tan strong boned physique.Please e- mail me with more info on your breeding, etc... Guess my mom told you we have been to a few dog shows? Well, I love to go to shows. Mom gives me a bath and makes me look very handsome! Running around in that circle is pretty cool too.
