Comments:I found a few facts that were wrong on your desert Fact page: The sonoran desert is not the hottest place in North America, the Mojave Desert is. Death Valley holds the record high tempeture for the WORLD, which is 134 degrees Ferenheight, not 118 degrees. I think you should change these facts so kids and adults will know the real facts. Just to let you know, I am just a tween.

Comments:Glad to know you exist. I'm the coordinator of the Imperial Valley Hike Club and this is our active time of year. We usually do a dunes hike around the New Year and also hike Davies Canyon, McCain Valley, etc. We've been disappointed by BLMs weekly fee of $25 (or so) when we only hike for a day at a time, once a month.
I need to contact Richard Halsey regarding native plants and their uses in supressing dust in and around desert cities here. Do you have contact info for him?
