| Comments: | I bought Spiritual when I was in high school as a senior in 1979, I immediately bught the 1st LP right after that. I have the cd reissues now and they're on my mp3 as well so they go with me on my bike trips. So I have been a fan and listener since 79'. It's just music that I never get tired of hearing. Plus the great songwriting, performance and the audiophile-quality of the recordings. VERY few albums can I say this about...theyare like old and trusted friends. |

| Comments: | I took some guitar lessons from Buddy Richardson in the late 60s/early 70s at a music store. I believe the store was on Armenia? Buddy showed me a lot during the few lessons I took from him. He was also very nice to me, a then goofy teenager. I saw Noah's Ark at the Electric Zoo/Circus? in St. Pete and he invited me to sit with the band during a break. Pure excitement for a youngster. I still play and am grateful for the inspiration he gave me. Hope you are well. Thanks, Mark Jent |

| Comments: | To Buddy R.: Hello! I met the band on September 23, 1973 at a place in Michigan called Sherwood Forest. I've been a big fan ever since. There was always something magical about WW's music and I couldn't put a finger on what it was. Years later I realized that Ronn Goedert and myself shared the same birthday. It was the numbers thing all over again like 137,etc. you know what I'm talking about.Something has been bothering me for a few months and that is the poser band from Pa. that is still using your good name. I've complained to them time and time again. Is ther something that can be done about it? I hope you are well and still playing. I would like to record a song with you if you are up for it. Get in touch Buddy! Bud Gist, Flint, Michigan. |

Years went by and I later discovered that the band is from Tampa, and that's where I live now. Small world.... Thought I'd look them up today, guess it's the Halloween thing...lol Glad to hear the music on Pandora! Thanks for the website! Peace, Robbin. |

| Comments: | Something made me think about White Witch today. I typed in the name and "hoopla", there you were on Wikipedia. I bought your first album just after its release and saw the band perform in Gadsden, Alabama in 1972 or 1973. I remember talking to the band members on stage after the concert was over. I also remember the lead guitarist playing electric guitar with a violin bow. |

| Comments: | I'm playing my White Witch album now. When I got the Capricorn recording out of it's sleeve I saw the seal and it says, "PROMOTION" and " NOT FOR SALE". The seal on the back of the album cut off the left side so the song titles are half missing. Is this a collector's dream find? I bought it new in this condition downtown at Tape Town when it was in business during the White Witch years. It was the last album in the store so I had no choice but to get it rather than do without listening to my favorite song, "Help Me Lord" when I wanted until I found a copy somewhere else. I saw a used white album recently at Big Little Store in Raymond, MS in May. I've already got that album too but wanted to let other interested fans know it can be owned economically; it was in the discount room I believe.
Peace to all you wonderful fans of White Witch. |

| Comments: | I talked to Buddy Richardson yesterday. He told me of how to take care of the debt problems that we are having in our country. He's got the solution but unfortunaly, after the coversation, I realized that the people that are runing the country are like the record company execs. They only worry about themselves, and take care of everybody else but the people that they should be taking care off.
The good news is that he also imformed me of something that is so important and all the money in the world can't buy. When he went in for his maintenance check up (change his oil, check his tires etc.., and his doctor told him that he's in great shape. This is better than taking care of the debts of the world. Hope that we'll have you around for along time. Love you brother. AAF CAA |

| Comments: | Exciting news. White Witch (the real White Witch from Tampa, FL) is on the radio again! I received a statement from BMI (Broadcast Music Inc.) and a check regarding the first three months of 2010. Our music is being played on four airlines (Airtran, Express Jet, Frontier and Jet Blue) and also on satellite radio;Sirius XM, Ecast, Live 365, Project Playlist, Rhapsody, Imeem/widgets, XM Radio, You Tube, and Digital Jukebox in the United States as well as Japan and the United Kingdom. Oddly enough, the song that made the most money wasn't a White Witch song at all but a song I wrote in 1967 called "Paper Man" for my band Noah's Ark! I'm just so sorry that Ronn and Buddy P. aren't here to experience this also. I just wanted to share this with everyone. Screw you Capricorn Records and you evil White Witch pretenders form Philadelphia!
Love to all, Buddy R. |

& sorry I wasn't there @ the end but I couldn't do it I was destroyed by Ronnie's passing & it has taken me years to recover from it I don't know if Crystal came & got Sarah I know that I was the last family Ronnie had & I should have been there @ least to take Sarah but I just couldn't see him like that we drove by the church that day but Skye couldn't deel with it eather i will never forgive myself for that I don't have the original reel to reel master of the last song me & Ronnie wrote (Jeff lost it in Germany when we were on tour there) but it is still in my head and I played it a few years ago @ the hard rock in ft. meyers & Eddie Vetter got up on stage with us that night we also did the last kiss that night also they pissed me off when they re-released the last kiss because me & Ronnie were going to do that song on my next album (not the band valentine) I am not sure but I think he may have recorded a couple of songs w/ Ricky P. so he says me & him argued on the phone when he told me he helped Ronnie record some of the stuff that me and Ronnie wrote together in his apartment (i won't say the name of the apartment in this posting because of security reasons) and the last house he lived in right next door to me (i won't say what house it was eather for the same reasons) I am not bragging but after 30 years with Ronnie he was one of my biggest vocal influances not on purpose but I sound just like him it was great to here us do a song together because it was like stereo vocals (if you have any questions ask Sarah & if you want to go back that far you could ask Denise or Ronnie Jr but he was very young @ that time but he will remember me) also Buddy I haven't seen chipper in many years I heard he moved to georgia (so chipper Richardson if you see this contact me) Buddy or Bobby do you remember Carol & Connie (Bobby you better)from the old mac dill club house days and how about some ruckus that used to hang out with us @ the club house also knowone has said anything about tresure island or the fun land & the old giant marlboro man another thing i was no little kid @ the time but i was one of the kids in america w/Leslie Spencer I hope only a few of us no what that means because I am still trying to get that footage. Buddy if you are still working @ the last place you were @ when I talked to you years ago you should be able to help me get it I may still have the video tape of it but who knows where I am still going threw the boxes in the celler but it will prob be in bad shape Marty if you see this I still collect old G I Joe's and spent over $30,000 on them threw E-Bay in the passed years so I may have some you may want Sarah darlin it's uncle richard I am sorry darlin but it was to hard on me I read one of your postings and I will try to get some of the pics that i have to you me & skye really miss you if I can help let me know you can also send me some pics you have & I would like to see you again & know where you are and weather or not you talk to Jr. or Jason please contact me @ robbrichard95@yahoo.com (I didn't set up that E-mail address Robert did) Randy from the old san mora days you should also contact me if you see this one other thing I would like to add is I have both copy's of the W W albums Bobby & Ronnie have sighed them but I need Buddy to sign it & Charlie Sousa to sign it also I have one of the original factoy scratched copies Buddy again I'm sorry how things worked out please contact me I will give you my phone # then ps. I saw a video on U-Tube but if it was you (you are doing country music) Sarah please contact me or Skye (Skye's e-mail is shortyisback18@live.com) I hope you havent forgotten Busch Gardens PS Ronnie I love & miss you RIP I still feel your presence with me & I know you try to talk to me but I don't quite understand try harder looking to hearing from you & seeing you again hopefully I still have a few years left I owe it to you to get this album out it will be dedicated to you cosmic peace (also the name of the next album) it's on my right arm & still right where you wrote it on the wall with yours & little ronnie's signature I wish you would have told me before it was to late I know you were trying to protect me but I needed to know & now I know why you didn't go with us but it would have been good for Sarah also you took that from her too but @ least I got you the pics of us & Sarah before you were gone I hope you know how hard this was to write it was all i could do to keep from crying but it did bring tears to my eyes how could you not tell me you took that time from me but Skye prayed to you last night & you did answer her by helping us find Sarah & this sight tonight and i have to go to devorce court today cause it's 3:30 A M Joanna couldn't deal w/ me anymore I changed after you died I am almost the same person that i was back then now love, Rick Roberts & Skye |

| Comments: | White Witch is one of the most under appreciated bands from the early 70's. I wore out the groves on the first WW album!!! Great pop music and great rock and roll!! I was WW in Detroit and was lucky enough to go backstage after the show, so I could tell them how much their music meant to me. I jus remember them being so humble and also.....looking back and forth at each other as to say "maybe we are actually getting through to the people"

| Comments: | Came across your site today. White Witch was one of those less-known bands like Captain Beyond, UFO, Tommy Bolin, and others that truly did not get their due. Growing up in Sioux City, Iowa (Tommy's Home) we found out about a lot of bands through an obscure radio station at the time KAAY Beeker Street out of little Rock, AK, that played the unknown bands you would never here. Today of course with the all the electronic media, we got it made. I am sorry I never got to see White Witch and ask Bobby for some drumsticks! (Being a drummer) I hope the former members and families are well and Thank-you for the great songs and memories. |

| Comments: | I LOVED White Witch and saw them play well over a dozen times in high school & college. Every show was magic (the good kind of course) and made me want to hear their LP's (yes, those were pre-CD times) often. I was lucky to meet Ron & Buddy P. before their passing, and two nicer people you would never find! My friend Bob King and I tried to get a reunion show together for New Year's Eve 2000, but it just was never meant to be. They were without a doubt the very best progressive rock band that Florida ever produced! |

| Comments: | A hot summer hello to all of our wonderful White Witch family and thanks for the memories due to your great postings here.
I want to take the time to report the sad loss of the mother of one of our greatest and tireless fans of all, Tim Walter. He lost her yesterday. She was in her eighties and had been in bad health for a long while. We love you Tim and our prayers and thoughts are with you at this most difficult time. Take care and know that I am always here for you. I also wish to note the tenth year of the passing of Ronn Godert. I miss Ronnie and Buddy P. so much. Peace and blessings to all of you out there and keep on posting as it means so much to me. I often print your letters and share them with my friends and students at school. I also play my CDs for them as they beg me to do so. They often tell me that their parents, who are in their thirties, play our music at home! A&F, Buddy Richardson |

| Comments: | So great to see this website for White Witch ( I just discovered it ) as the first album has always been a favorite of mine. I first heard this band when my sister brought a copy of the debut album home from Erskine College when it first came out. It stayed in my collection ( I took it from her *l*) from then on. I played drums to it a thousand times. The sadest news I have heard in ages is that there was going to be a White Witch reunion of orginal members...then stopped by the death of Ron and later Buddy. I'd sure like to heard those 4 demos they had started for a 3rd album but guess they are lost. Maybe they will surface. |

| Comments: | I saw WW maybe half a dozen times between '72 - '75. I loved the shows and the fact that they were so different from the other Florida bands of that time. I later met Buddy Richardson personally through his Father inlaw Bill P. in 1995. Buddy and I got to jam one night at Bill P.'s house and Buddy was as gracious and personable as he could be. I was impressed not only by his playing ability but also his lack of ego. That was a night I will never forget!. By the way Grandpa Bill and Grandma Kitty are some of the proudest Grandparents I have ever known. They love Buddy's son W. very, very much and were always talking about him. That says alot about Buddy as a father and as a man, at least in my mind. Thanks Buddy for the music and the memories.

| Comments: | Hello again, I bought both albums shown here but there was a 3rd album not mentioned here I did not buy. It was on sale at our local Tape Town recording store. It was too punk sounding to most of us that loved their sound of the first 2 albusms in high school when we'd see them live, usually in Dothan, Alabama on several of their tours. By the time the 3rd album came out, there were some personnel changes including 2 drummers. It just wasn't the same sound we liked from their other albums and disappointing they were going in a new direction. However, they did play their songs from the first 2 albums we loved. We emulated their styles in that time and they were our role models of how we wanted to be. The guitar players wanted to play like Buddy Richardson, us keyboardests wanted to be as good as Pendergrass and of course the drummers loved their drum kit, wanting to develop that technique. The class song, "And I'm Leaving" will immortalize them at every reunion we attend, despite they didn't get the wider exposure they deserved and we will never forget them. |

| Comments: | I met Ron G. several years before he passed away. At that time I had a personal 1500 sq.ft. studio where I recorded my own version of R&R.
A bass player that played on my material introduced me to Ron due to the fact I was looking for singers to work on my material. I never even knew that Ron had ever been in a band called White Witch until we had been working together for over a year. Ron had already sang on one album of mine that was released in Europe and Japan and we we working on the second when he brought the WW albums in for me to listen to. Really like WW and we had a great discussion that lasted from 10pm to 5am the next morning. Ron really was quite the showman and loved WW and all it's memories. During that time and up to a few weeks before he passed away Ron was singing on several tracks for the second album we worked together on. His last recording session with me was just 4 weeks before he passed away. At the last session I also mastered 4 songs he brought over from one of WW band member's studio in Tampa. Not sure whose studio it was though just that one of the old WW members owned it. Ron was going to use these mastered songs in a new stage show he was putting together. I actually have the mastered material and act information and stuff somewhere in a box. We had decided we were going to sit down and write some additional material in my studio for his stage act but unfortunately before this could happen he was diagnosed with cancer and succumbed quickly. I lost a friend and have never been able to find that special voice again. Long live Ron's memory. |

So many memories from back then. Cruzin round in a good ol' Nebraska town with the smoke rollin out the windows!!! LOL I wore out my 8-track tape in 76 and could not find another one. I truly believe they did not get all the recognition they should have. They were ahead of their time. Rock-On my brothers! |

| Comments: | I grew up in Central Florida (Sebring) and was a HUGE White Witch Fan! The first concert I ever saw live was White Witch - in Winter Haven! Then about a year or so later, My brother Ed Mooney and his friend Jay Star worked for WSEB radio there. In 1975 they contact White Witch and arranged for them to do a concert in Sebring! IT WAS AWESOME!!!!!!!
I have been listening to them since the 70's. When I was 38, I went back to college. I graduated in 2001...tried for the Class of 2000 but it was a two year degree, so missed it by a year. However, my daughter graduated high school in 2000. I thought it was pretty neat :-) Just want to say there are still White Witch fans out here...even after 30+ years. |

| Comments: | White Witch was a great band. I seen them at, if I remember correctly, an open field in Tampa, circa 1974. We were standing right next to the stage during the song Aunty Cristie. The lead singer produced a large book that burst into flames when he finished a passage from it, tripped us out completely...what a show. Of all the rock concerts I've seen in my lifetime that night stands out, and that alone says a lot about the quality of showmanship displayed by White Witch. |

| Comments: | Saw them many times, followed them around the tri-county area and more, playing in places such as high school gymnasiums and VFW halls. Yes, we were the teeny bopper set, right up front. But we knew Great Music. They were always superb and spectacular. Then saw them open for Grand Funk Railroad in the Jacksonville Coliseum! One of those Big Bonus Surprises! Their show was the same as always! They were really magnificent! Every bit as good, or better, than Grand Funk. You couldn't really compare them though, they were so different. Have a vinyl record still. |

| Comments: | I saw White Witch in 1972 at the Mustang drive in Pinellas Park, Fla. It was my first concert and I was 13 years old. I fell in love with a girl there. I was right up front. AWESOME! Everyone "lit up" when they played "It's so nice"... The Magic Christian was the movie playing afterwards. Bought the album as quick as I could after that show.
I saw them later that same year 5/5/72 when they opened for Grand Funk at the Bayfront Center in Saint Petersburg, Fla. Had to take the bus to that one...they were good, but I left after twenty minutes into the GFR show...too loud and bassy/muffled! I had worn out that record I bought and sold it at my garage sale ,but many years later, I saw the same album at someone else's garage sale, with the very same incense burn on the front! pretty cool. I downloaded all their songs off of Itunes. |

Lifelong friendships were created that evening, some folks lives were totally transformed. There were a few dumb butts there too! Just put your hands together, stomp your feet, fire up that Bic lighter and chant "Songbird"! There is one last White Witch song left to be recorded............ BTW BuddyR's birthday is coming up June 23rd. Don't forget him like I do. He's gettin' old and sensitive! ;-) |

| Comments: | Great site. I can remember in the early 70/s Witch Witch opened for Alice Cooper in Atlanta. I wasn't there and had never heard of White Witch but they were simo-casting it in stereo from one of the Radio Stations in Atlanta.
I had a 8 track recorder and recorded both Alice Cooper and White Witch and was blown away. I went out and bought the Witch Witch album but it just wasn't the same as the live recording I had made. I listened to that thing for years and sadly one day it wore out. I would pay anything to get my hands on that live performance in Atanta again. I wonder if those old radio stations kept copies of them? It was some alternative station. It was either WRAS or may have even been WREC which was the Georgia Tech Radio Station. Believe me you have to hear a live recording of White Witch to appreciate their talents. |

| Comments: | Just happen to type the name "White Witch" in and found this site. Very sad to hear of the passing of Ronn and Buddy P. They were great "bosses" to me back in the 70's. Way back when I was at MacDill AFB and lived down the street from "the studio". I met and got to be friends with the guys and their roadies and upon by discharge from the AF became a roadie myself. This was the best couple of years of my life. I drove with them to Miami to record the 2nd album and got to play with the synths in the studio there. I was with them when we played with Black Oak Arkansas, Sly and the Family Stone, Dr. John and many other well known groups. The most fun however were the later gigs when we headlined the show. I remember an early gig when Buddy R was very sick with the flu and could not find his stage shoes so he played barefoot and still put on a great show.He soon left the band and I missed him greatly. I remember he borrowed a load of my albums (I was and am a collector) before going into the studio for the 2nd album and we got to talk about each one and what he liked and did not like (remember Buddy you did not like HAWKWIND "just a bunch of riffing". Boy did we have fun putting on the shows. We were always trying out new effects and stunts, some worked, some did not but we always had a good time. I remember one time when I overloaded a flash pot and caught Ronn's cape on fire. I also blew myself up once during the middle of the show. Great fun. I was very happy when the 2 albums were released on cd and have ever since been playing them for anyone who would listen. Because of Buddy P and his mini moog synths which I got to play with so much I now own a few synths and make some noise of my own. I still have my roadie "briefcase" with backstage passes, song lists, stage sets ups, posters of concerts and many items I collected during my time with them. I was very sorry when I had to quit and get a real job but I have very fond memories of some wild and crazy times. Long live Prog! |

| Comments: | Wow was I happy to find this site. I was in the Air Force at MacDill AFB and lived down the street from "the studio". I got to be friends with the guys in the band and the roadies and after discharge I became a roadie for them too and was present for the recording down in Miami for the 2nd album. I worked with them for over a year following that. What a wonderful time that was. We toured with big names in big places and did alot of stand alone shows as headliner. One show I remember was when Buddy R was very sick with the flu and could not find his stage shoes so he played barefoot. Soon after that he left. Anyway the music was so far ahead of itself and the stage show, was it ever fun to do. We really got a kick out of comimg up with new ideas for the stage effects, some worked, some did not, but it was all great. I was very sad to hear about the passing of Ron and Buddy P. All of the guys were a big part of the best couple of years of my life. I have the orginal vinyl albums and have the cd's that eventually came out. I constantly play them for fellow collectors. I even still have my "roadie briefcase" with posters, handbills, stage setups, concert songlists, etc. all of which I treasure. |

It was my introduction into some really good rock and a graduation from CCR and lite rock and my beginnings into playing rock guitar myself. Great website and thanks for putting it up. RS |

| Comments: | Buddy, just had our 30th reunion in 06 and all my friends were talking about the two best bands we saw in concert. #1 Led Zep,problem was it was Tampa Stadium, it rained, cops freaked, so called riot and all I remember was "Nobody's Fault but Mine" and drowning our sorrows at the Odyssey 2001. #2 White Witch in Sebring and Wauchula, Florida!! At the reunion, I was surprised at the people that could sing verbatim, It's So Nice To Be Stoned. Of course as responsible parents and random drug testing at are jobs, we would never sing these at home. Was dissapointed in 2K that no one was wearing silver suits! Oh well great band, great memories, and by the way, I used to work for a building contractor in Sebring with the last name Richardson, drove a gold corvette and claimed you were his brother. I think he has passed away, but always wondered if it was true. Ride High in the Saddle! TC |

Our senior class chose "And I'm Leaving" as it's song. Our jr. prom committee, the cool ones anyway, wanted White Witch to play for us. But nooo. Some of them wanted bubble gum music , the class leaders got their way. |

I flipped out I was on "pins and needles" so to speak. Bobby came over to her house and we had Fondu for dinner.I am sure he doesn't remember me, but, I was 17. and very nervous. I remember ronn coming over to her house at one time. The year was 1974. I tell all my friends now I had dinner with Bobby Shea. |

| Comments: | My first encounter with WHITE WITCH was at a place called THE WAREHOUSE in NEW ORLEANS in 1973,it was a $2.00 concert with Mason Profit first then WHITE WITCH and finishing up with Blue Oyster Cult.Mason profit was ok-not really into that type of music BUT when White Witch came out (who I had never heard of) we were blown away!We watched with amazement at the props, fireworks, lighting and raw talent these guys had not to mention the SOUND!When Blue Oyster Cult finally came out we listened for a song or two but could not get over the previous act and promptly left (not dissing any BOC fans but they didnt hold a candle).Went out and bought the first album the next day!Had the pleasure of seeing them many times in New Orleans at a dive club called the Sands always in the front row. They (RON) set the stage on fire (literally) with flash powder, and we loved every minute of it!Got to meet the band and sit and talk a couple of times to everyone except Ron he was either a little shy or more likely had some young thing he would rather converse with than us.Still have both albums (vinyl) and I just found the cd versions. This music was way ahead of its time and had definite genius lyrics,I remember them playing songs they said were to be on album number three,Venus Greenday,Great Day etc. and I still have one of Rons stage play list around somewhere along with the gold glitter star wands he used to throw to the crowd!Great memories from someone who was a professional bass player at the time,I loved the sound then as now---play it LOUD! |

My earlier posting about the incredible WW was on May 6th, 2006, NOT March 6th! Found the original album last month in a Lexington, KY, business selling old wax, and snapped it up. The guy didn't know what he had. Six bucks! Great shape! WW FOREVER! |

I've known Tim for a very long time and I can tell you that he iscompletely trustworthy and honest and if any problems arise he will return your money.

I am surprised that the demo tape done at MasterSound in Atlanta.....which was shopped to Capricorn seems to have been lost in the shuffle! It contained And I'm Leaving and Help Me Lord....still have a copy of it. Horrible....but what else would you expect with a 26 year old booking agent attempting to produce it.... Absolutely an amazing group of musicians in their many incarnations.....I was very sorry to learn of the passing of Buddy and Ronn. Frank Hanshaw |

I have been a fan since about 1974 when I was 11 years old. It is hard to find info about this band when there is another band who has the nerve to call themselves "White Witch". What's up with that.??? It was good to see Buddy R is active on this board..I am a big fan Buddy and I wish you and your family all the blessings that God can send you. Thank you and the band for years of rock and roll pleasure. |

| Comments: | White Witch was one of the few bands that would perform a concert in Dothan, Alabama in the early 1970s. I first saw them when I was about 14 years old and got turned on to Hammond Organs ever since watching Buddy P. play his white painted Hammond in those days. I lived nearby in Enterprise and several of us would load up and go see them every time they performed. I will never forget one of the guitarists using a violin bow on his guitar to make a great sound during one of the songs! I would love to see some concert footage if anybody has some tucked away somewhere. They were way ahead of their time! |

| Comments: | Down in Durban South Africa in the 70's a small circle of friends would get 'stoned' whilst listening to the debut album. Sleepwalk became an anthem for us. We loved the album so much that we wrote to 'them' and the sound engineer or someone sent us 'Spiritual Greeting'. The first was still our favourite. I've been searching everywhere for a CD, even in Camden, London in vain. Tonight I was about to start a page on Wikepedia, when to my surprise, found it and the link to this website. Many thanks to whoever took the trouble. WHITE WITCH is definitely one of the best I've heard. Someone kindly email me a legitimate source to purchase or download the debut album. Maybe the remaining memebers of the band should consider re-mastering and re-releasing the album to 'complete' the documentation of rock music. |

| Comments: | Greetings, I had the great fortune as a teenager to do some roadie work for WW. Albany, Ga. Dothan AL Ozark AL FL Panfandle. Ronn and Buddy P were absolutely the most creative and innovative people in the business then (1975)
Also got meet G Brawley loved to jam at sound checks. Setting up the stage for a full-blown WW show was an adventure in itself!! Fog machines, elaborate lighting, some provided Lars, and trying to secure cords so Ronnie would't drag them all over the stage. I miss those days! More later. |

| Comments: | Hey!
Just a quick note to pay homage to a great band that I was fortunate enough to see in Albany, Ga. back in the early to mid-70's. I was just as fortunate to meet Ron at The Downtowner. I'll be 45 this Aug. and enjoy talking about the bands I saw back then with my older friends who also saw them when they were 15-16 yrs old. My parents would drop me off at the concert a couple of hours before the doors opened so I got a great spot because it was always gen admission--always front center stage. They took me and dropped me off at all of the acts in the day at AJC. AJC is Albany Junior College which is now Darton College. Still got a permanent bump on my forhead right above my hair line from where a mic. in it's stand fell over and hit me---I saw tweety birds flying around chirpping when it happened. No blood but hurt like hell for a few minutes. Will post again later with some White Witch stories. Recorded in Macon with Bo Henry Band at Muscodine Studios on Vineville which is down from the Big House 2 years ago with Paul Hornsby producing us and adding a couple of key board tracks. He was the executive VP for Capricorn in the day. He was VERY complimentary of White Witch and had some neat stories. Thanks for this opportuntity to meet ya'll, Mark PS: Did anyone ever know that the Capt. predicted the day of his graduation. It is on one of the lps. I've pointed it out to a couple of people and it gave them goose bumps--it reinforces my faith in God and assures me that He created all of us with his custom-made design (blue-print) for each of us in the beginning. |

| Comments: | Good Friday to all!
Just got hit with another blast of snow up near Chicago today and am literally "snowed in" googling and conjuring up, both in my mind and with the click of a mouse, the music and memories of some of my some of my favorite musicians and bands, including Robin Trower, Tommy Bolin, Ian Moore and White Witch, the latter of "witch" brought me to the official WW website. Was listening to the first album (cd) the other day in the car and wondered, is there any known WW live concert video out there somewhere in the stratosphere (or someones basement)and and if so, will it ever be accessible to fans like me who were too young to see them live? Maybe that's a question Damien or Buddy R. can best answer. So to WW and its surviving members, Ronn and Buddy P. and the first day of spring (thank you Jesus), here's champagne to you. Cheers! |

| Comments: | Ron, I'll be down in St. Pete April 10-13 for the Tampa Bay Blues Fest at Vinoy Park. Have you ever been to the festival? It's a fantastic time to be had!! Come on and go, I'll meet you there and have a cold one (or 2 or 3..) with you...you'll have a great time. I was lucky to see White Witch twice back in the mid-70's, I have both albums, now on cd, play them often.

| Comments: | I have very fond memories of White Witch. I first saw them live as The Tropics in the Union Ballroom at Mississippi State University. I am sure that members of the band will remember me and my business partner, Ted Burton, who promoted White Witch several times in MS as Far-Out Booking Interests (F.B.I.) and Cosmic Concerts. When you hear Ron sing "Workin' for the FBI" in a track on Spiritual Greeting, that's us. I have a few photos, particularly of Ron, that someday I plan to transfer into my computer. They are currently in the form of 35mm slides. I probably have a few flyers left in my files from those shows, too. |
