It took me a while to track down who the singer was, and it was then that I found out that you and the band had been around for quite some time. I've been in N.O. several times, but just never stumbled across your gigs. But count me in as a fan - I've downloaded a ton of your songs to my ipod and I am hooked! I've enjoyed you and your band in several venues, but my favorite was the Blue Nile on Frenchman St. I surely miss Sunday nights at the Nile which has not reopened since Katrina. Not long ago I ran across an old copy of the New Yorker magazine in my doctor's office. In it was a story of Papa Neutrino and all he has done during his life. It's hard to believe one person can fit that much adventure into a single lifetime. Here's hoping we'll start seeing more of you back in NOLA soon! Maybe another semi-permanent gig at one of the local clubs?

There's nothing to say about your website, it's very complete. However, one thing i'd like to tell you and your musicians...a question in fact? Where is your beautiful New Orleans jazz sound? COMMENTS	Ingrid, sweetheart! Haven't spoken to you since Thanksgiving and even then I was so very surprised to have gotten in contact with you. I really am so truly happy that you took time out to speak with me. Mostly, I miss all the new music you have been putting out there. My computer is in delay on downloading so I cannot truly enjoy a tune nor a sample of a tune. I think ( and have always thought) you truly represent what I think, feel and have always wanted to be - truly talented, fun and non controversial! At the end of the day - since we have met you have always, and I mean always been so kind to me and I truly appreciate that. I miss dancing to your music live -I transform. I miss you terribly you are so important in my life that I even chose to have my parents 60 something anniversary at the Ritz Carlton ( and my father is never one to go out to such posh places - he he!). Not only that but the memories of my birthday party there as well - it is all too many happy wonderful memories. COMMENTS	Ingrid Lucia has about the finest singing voice among todays stars. Her sound reminds me of Billie Holiday but with the blending mellowness of Connee Boswell. As I wrote in a review for Amazon - If you could paint her music it would be on the engraved on the back of a WWII flyboys A-2 leather Bomber jacket showing her cool voice living among the clouds. Ingrid is the brighest new star in music!

Since the hurricane has disrupted everything including the music scene, I was wanting to know if ya'll are going to London anytime between December and January? When I used to listen to "I'd rather be in New Orleans" I thought I completely owned the lyrics as if Ingrid was letting everyone know how I felt anytime I left my lovely city.
