Comments:Deus ex Machina?

This is the first time I've ever had good honest food for my brain AND my belly in the space of 10 minutes. Surfed in here on the back of your Dad's website.

The spooky fact is that I'm here only because I'm currently lying in bed with nothing to do after poisoning myself, probably after breaking at least one Golden Rule while cooking my dinner last night.

I consider myself duly wacked (oya, sore yin!).

cheers

Congrats on your site (I know everyone else has said that and you both probably have big heads, but seriously...good job)

I'm a busy Bachelor who loves to cook something different most nights of the week.
I have had the benifit of trying 7 of your recipies so far and i am more than impressed!
The Curried Sausages served with Rice warmed me up on the coldest day this year!

Keep up the good work.

Hey just a suggestion.....
Why don't you start a weekly email containing a recipe of the week or something of the like...i'd sign up in an instant!

I have just spent some time with your mother in London and another friend Daphne, from America. We were school friends and I had not seen your mother for over 40 years. We had a great day and the nice thing was that none of us had aged at all!
Sonia told us about your website which we think is a great idea. I look forward to picking up some new easy recipes and perhaps sending a few of my own.
I am passing on your site to friends and family.
Good luck.

Comments:I'm more of a "ready steady cook" than a MasterChef; I love cooking and eating (my waistline provides testament to this).
My Tip: Home made sauces can be time-consuming to make, but taste so much better than shop bought ones. I save up my old jars, wash them thoroughly. At weekends when I have a little more time, I make sauces for pasta, rice dishes, my favourite (and very easy) is Thai green curry paste - store then in the jars in the fridge.
When I get home from work during the week, it really is quick to boil some rice/pasta, stir-fry some vegetables, pan fry or grill some fish or meat. Served with a homemade sauce - delicious, quick and easy.

I like the sight except for the blue/purple colour on orange that is very hard to read. Minor winge compared to the benefits of the sight.

Are you interested in tips and recipes from past media experiences I've had?

Good luck, I'll pass the sight around.

I adapted it slightly to fit my particular theme [introduction of a Quality Control Team as my staff are fairly quick to blame others for errors and even quicker to commit their own - yeah, yeah boring I know] and it reads thus:

'Think not what the Quality Team can do for you, but rather what YOU can do for the Quality Team' - catchy eh?

So far I have only had 7 responses, all rude.

What is a spot of plagiarism between chefs of the easypeasy world?

Comments:Dear Master Chef Maria and Able Assistant Steve,

Upon reading Big Al's potato story and its novel title I am reminded of my first encounter with the Spud-U-Like chain of stores during my first time in England in 1990-91 (Birmingham).

It appeared to me that a pre-requisite to work in a Spud-U-Like store was to possess a physique reminiscent of a potato.

Can either of you, or your fans, confirm whether this is the case?

Does Spud-U-Like still exist?

Regards,

Dr J.

Comments:If you can supply the recipes, we'll inform the masses. I do remember you being my dad's cousin, but I don't remember the cheese, ham, pineapple story. The danger with opening up easy peasy meals to my parents friends is that all sorts of childhood stories will come back to haunt me. As long there are funny though, they are good for the web site. I prefer stories by and about other people though. Especially embarrassing ones.

If you are one of those men who can't stomach seafood, then stuffing a chicken breast with mozarella, pesto and bacon; sealing in foil and baking for about 25 - 30 minutes should do the trick. Comments:Oops Webmasters - I'd like to clarify my complaint. I see that in the recipe section, it is called Eggplant, Fetta and Sausage Pasta and that's all I really care about.

As always, with love

Comments:It sounds like someone's doing an 'international intervention' on me. As our readers have probably already guessed - it's not easy being a Grand Master Chef, trying to cater to our international audience. We at easypeasy try to be as multi-lingual as we can. Bon soir!

Comments:Excuse me, Easy Peasy Meals Webmasters (if you can even be called Webmasters), but when I create and submit recipes, I don't expect them to be tampered with. Sausage, Fetta and Eggplant Pasta isn't called Sausage, Fetta and Aubergine Pasta - what's up with that? I don't care if people where you live don't know what Eggplant is - that's not my problem. I think that you have tainted the recipe beyond repair. I'd hate there to be repercussions. Love Mok

Comments:Dear Guess Who,
Am working on the Gourmet Gruel recipe as I very much doubt anyone can actually reproduce the glory that was essentially an early 1980s version of pasta sauce in a jar. Isn't funny how we remember the meals from yesteryear, even the crap ones? I think the real secret to success with pasta is NOT to overload the pasta with sauce. A little sauce goes a long way. Thanks for writing to our website. Will be in touch. Love Auntie Mimi

Comments:These two are the sexiest looking cooks I've ever seen. The meals look good too! I think I will try the tomato lentil soup and the sausage pasta. My husband loves sausages - I think it comes from being brought up in a family of eight! Maria, I would love to see a recipe for Deluxe Gruel - another one of my husband's favourites.
