COMMENTS	For those of you who don't know me I was a bouncer at Ecks for 3 1/2 years. I just want to start off by saying thank you to everyone who wished me good luck in the past few weeks. I also want to thank Mike Bruno for everything he has done for me and my family and the staff at Eck's for showing me love and support. Leaving something you love is never an easy thing to do but with the support of my friends and family I was able to do it. I know a lot of people were sad to see me leave and there are still a lot people who don't know that I left, and to all of you I will see you soon. I promise I will come in from time to time to let you guys know how I am doing. The main reason I left Eck's was to follow my dreams of becoming a MMA fighter. That has been a dream of mine for sometime and I finally got the courage to follow my dream. I will miss the friends I have made and the people I worked with. But you will all see me soon. THANK YOU to everyone who has shown me love and support. I will see you soon and who knows I might be back.

COMMENTS	I guess I'm the first person to voice an opionion on here about Willie B. I tried to find someplace to post on the kbpi website about this but I guess they dont have anything. So sorry Bruno. this is the only place I guess. people say they are turned off by the things Willie B. makes the bikini girls do and makes fun of the girls who arent thin. They have feelings Willie. Just like you. I hope people from bpi read this so they can ask Willie B to take it down a notch. Maybe thats the reason bpi doesnt have a guest book or message link. because I think they would have complaints. It's degrading the things he has them do and I don't think there is any one person who has not felt the same way. Both guys and girls. But no one says anything. There are respectable girls who would like to be able to compete if Willie B. wouldnt have them do things that belong on porn videos. There are so many girls who are attractive and would like to be able to be on a calendar but wont get up there because of what Willie makes them do. They have more respect for themselves. Please dont make me be the only one who finally speaks out. Voice your opinion. maybe someday we can force them to turn it in to a real beauty contest and have some girls who won't agree to do dirty deeds to win. COMMENTS	Hi David! I wrote to you in email but there was no such address. I wanted to clear something up that you may not be aware of. My husband and I have been taking pictures and posting them on the Eck's website for about 5 years. We are customers and we do it voluntarily just because we think its fun for people to see on the website. We have not had the opportunity to take as many pictures as we did in the past. Skip was dang near starting to develop an uncontrollable WINK from being behind that camera all the time, and trust me, that could get him in a lot of trouble! :) I feel I have done an injustice to Eck's Saloon in setting a precedence in customers being able to view 100's upon 100's of pictures we have taken in the past. Now, you feel that Eck's is slowing down when that is not the case - WE are. There are more events happening than have ever been and I feel horrible that you think Eck's is getting boring :( My husband and I cannot do what we have been able to do in the past - and I don't want that reflecting badly upon Eck's. ugh It makes my stomach turn to think there may be others who feel Eck's is not doing well just because we are not there 6 days out of the week taking pictures like we had been. It's OUR fault. Eck's won "Top 100 Bars in the Nation" recently because of all the events, concerts, contests, specials, etc., they provide their customers. Again, I apologize to you, and Eck's for slacking off but geeeze, we're getting old! :) If you look at any other bar website, how many have the enormous amount of pictures on their websites as Eck's does? (and most on other bars' websites come from their customers.) This is the reason I have set up an account on Photobucket for customers to upload all the pictures they have taken at Eck's Saloon - it's free! It's a way for us to make up to customers like you who are used to seeing -every- event photographed, upload pics of their own. Check the front page of this website and you can read how to do it. It's very easy. Please, by all means, upload pictures you have taken - we'd love to see them! Please accept my apologies and please don't take it out on Eck's Saloon --we were only trying to help but these days its almost impossible for us to be there for every event Eck's has - and trust me....there are a LOT of events taking place all the time. They are such a top-notch entertainment bar and have won so many awards because of that...it makes me feel bad that you think nothing is going on there lately because its not documented in the photo gallery. Things are so much comfortable and better now that he's gone. Don't mean to be disrespectful but he was rude and full of himself when he was working there. It's been nice now that he has been gone. He seems so nice now but it wasn't the case when he was workig there and some of us chose not to go to ecks when he was the boss. Weve been back now and loving it. Please keep it like you have it.

He was so sweet and friendly to everyone! We'll be posting the pics soon. pant pant* Five13 put on SUCH a great show, and it was so much fun watching Bret having a good time listening and playing with them! He kept making comments to everyone in the back all night about what a great band they were, and his guys were back there dancing :) The crowd was amazing. For as many people who showed, everyone was patient standing in line, courteous and fun! I've had a lot of email from people saying thanks to Eck's for an awesome night! Thank you Eck's.... You made a lot of people very happy!

COMMENTS	First of all, regarding the feedback from Des, your comment about it only being $10 to get it....well, if a person said they paid $20 to get it, doesn't it make sense that they paid $10 for themselves as well as $10 for their guest? As for Shauna's comments, well, it may be true that Brett was nice enough to sign autographs and let people take pictures with them, but you weren't outside when his tour bus arrived and his body guard got off the bus and said Brett won't get off the bus until all cameras were turned off. I guess some rock stars forget who put them where they are today...... As for my comments earlier, I am entitled to my opinion and you are all entitled to yours..........it's just a shame that the DRUNK AFTER PARTY CONCERT GOERS made my first experience at Ecks, the last visit to Ecks

COMMENTS	In regards to "Disappointed patron"'s comments, first of all it was $10 and second of all last night would not be the best night to judge your first visit to Ecks from. Last night was a special occasion. Bruno and his staff always go out of their way to make you feel like a part of the Ecks Fam and do a great job at it! What did you expect? It wasn't exactly a Barry Manilow meet and greet with everything in a nice orderly fashion! And who else would be showing up other than the concert goers... I'm sorry...what was this event called? And After Party? I guess it's not safe to assume that ALL people can put two and two together and realize that the "After" portion of After Party means After the Concert...As far as Five13 goes... If they're good enough for Bret Michaels (who btw LOVED the band and couldnt say enough good things about them) Five13 is good enough for me...not to mention that they are hands down one of THE BEST bands in Denver! Perhaps you're dissapointed because there were so many people having a Blast that you didn't have a chance to get your picture taken with Bret.....

I commend Bruno and his staff they did an outstanding job. FIVE13 they did a FANTASTIC job as always. As far as the lead singers voice sounding strained it might have been since they played Wednesday through Sunday at Ecks this week. COMMENTS	I just came from Ecks for the Brett Michaels after party and it wasn't worth the $20 I paid. You had a band there called 513 and they were absolutely horrible. The singer sounded like he had to strain his voice every time he sang and when one of the guitarist sang Journey, well, lets just say that he didn't do justice to Journey. My experience tonight leads me to believe that it was all about the all mighty dollar. It didn't matter that people were leaving because there were to many people in the bar and people were literally getting pushed out of their seats because the bar was letting in all the drunk concert goers. I wouldn't recommend this bar to anyone and as a first timer to Ecks Saloon, that was my last time. My advice to the owner: TAKE BETTER CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!

COMMENTS	Well, I'm not the owner...Bruno is :) BUT, I do have an opinion :) Here goes! (Hope I don't have a max on characters) :) 'kay, it ain't so. (What am I saying it ain't so TO?) :D Well, if it's about the political part of someones post a few weeks back, then I'm with ya, Mr. E. I, along with my husband, do websites for Bruno, and take pictures of as many concerts as we can. We consider that to be a very small contribution in comparison to everyone else who makes Eck's, Eck's. We are customers. The people who make up Eck's Saloon work harder than I would ever want to - that's for sure! That post regarding being "political" also mentioned other bands. Here is my 2 cents worth in response: Unfortunately, the club business is ebb and flow and owners must make difficult decisions as to what changes need to be made in order to keep up the energy of their venue. It's the nature of the business. They form friendships with those who work for them, they grow to know the bands families, and have mutual friends. It is not without a sense of great loss when they have to part ways. So who do you let go? A knowledgeable club owner looks at the records of sales each band brings in. After going through those numbers, it is in black and white what changes need to be made. Not the owners choice, but the numbers he sees in front of him/her. Do numbers make a band? No, absolutely not. But, they do make a business. It would be imprudent for an owner to keep everything the same because they don't want to make anyone mad or hurt anyones feelings. But then you have owners like Bruno who take running a business a step further and dig themselves out of the piles of paperwork to what makes them feel it's all worth the headaches - YOU. Bruno spends a great deal of time visiting with people, getting to know them; talking about the latest sports scores, listening to what they did the past weekend, their hobbies, family, their likes and dislikes, etc. He enjoys people! Eck's management and their employees think their CUSTOMERS are the best and have said that time and time again. A business owner who has no interest in his/her customers wouldn't fare well. You have to be a good "people person" to have a good business. It's great to show appreciation for one band, but to pick apart the rest of the bands because they were let go only discredits the point one is trying to make. Eck's tries to appeal to everyones taste. Not an easy task to do, and owners have to face that challenge each and every day. I'm not sure what your comment meant about, “letting themselves think they are among the best.” They do take pride in working there so maybe you've observed that and misinterpreted pride with ego? Or maybe you're referring to their award they won three years in a row; "Top of the Rocky - Best Rock Club, Best Rock Bar - Peoples Choice." They were ecKstatic (ok, pardon the pun) when they won those awards and proudly display them at the front bar. Wouldn’t you do the same? It was recognition for all the great work they put into making it a fun and exciting place for people to go. FIVE13 also won awards for being “Top of the Rocky Top Rock Band, Top Male Vocalist - People's Choice" a few years in a row. They display that at the front bar as well because they’re proud to host talented musicians. Wishdoctor and Slugworth? I love 'em! I loved Madd Maxx TOO but I'm not going to pick apart all the other bands and say I'm never coming back to Eck's just to see if I can bully someone into bringing them back. It doesn't work that way :)

COMMENTS	first time I ever visited the "Eck's Saloon " site. Don't usually dick around on line without a purpose. Purpose; looking for a live show over the holiday weekend. Eck's. came to mind, as a friend that is visiting last saw me when I was working the beer traught at Eck'S Saloon. What a kick in the ass that job was!!! Louie is lighting surar packets on fire at the shot bar, Darrell is tossing kegs around,while making sure all the girls were well stocked. Hot Stacy was giving some guy "Madoosa" eyes as she pondered jumping the bar and kicking their ass. Every Friday night I'd come in for my shift, to hear Angie at the front bar saying "who do I look like Monte Hall?" or "Hold your fuckin Pants on, I'm gettin It." What a HUGE Heart what a BEAUTIFUL sole, what a FABULOUS friend ! Then there were the boys, Jeff, Joel, and all the handsome bouncers tossing the idiots out on there heads, sizen up the new help and checking those ID's. And Bill, tan, blond, buff; tossing bottles around and telling corny jodkes. Now Greg, looked good, smelled good looked real good and managed even better! That's my "Eck's Saloon" Jeffrey Babe, I hope you read this and tell me what a crappy story teller I am! I think I painted the picture ok though. Much Love A It didn't matter if we had 50 people in the bar or 500 and it wasn't out of the question for us to be at capcity with a line.

I look at the guestbook up to three times per day, seven days a week to check for abuse, spam, etc. Eck's management also views their guestbook and appreciates all feedback. This guestbook was put in place precisely for that reason.
