I CANT THINK OF ANYTHING WORSE. DID YOU PRINT UP TONS OF POSTERS AND PUT THEM UP EVERYWHERE? RESCUE ALSO SUGGESTS THAT YOU TALK TO MAIL AND NEWPAPER DELIVERS, ALSO UPS DRIVERS. THEY GET AROUND AND MAY HAVE SIGHTED HIM. CONTACT POLICE, ANIMAL CONTROL AND VETS IN A VERY LARGE AREA. WHISKEY MAY HAVE WANDERED A LONG WAYS AWAY.
I HOPE THAT SOMEONE MAY HAVE SEEN HIM AND WILL LET YOU KNOW.
