So you may recall, I am the one with the children's book "I'll wish for Angels A Parent's Prayer". | Comments: | Miss Ginger: Thank you for adding a special touch to our meal this evening. We started out with a spinach salad with walnuts, apples and pomegranate seeds topped with a dressing made from 3 Tablespoons of your Pomegranate jelly microwaved together with 1 Tablespoon of Balsamic vinegar and poured over the salad while still warm. Yum! Next we had a baked Acorn Squash stuffed with a large scoop of your Cranberry Apple Relish and a small dollop of butter. The main course of turkey meatloaf was basted with the Pomegranate jelly and honey to a sweet/tart finish. Then, to top it all we had whole wheat biscuits with generous portions of the Pear Butter - heavenly!!! The pear butter is unlike anything I have tasted before - I was really quite splendidly surprised as I have usually found pear products to be very mild and bland - but not your Pear Butter. I do believe you have found the magic key to unlocking the flavors of the pear. Don't change a thing. We probably won't make it to the Winter Park Farmers Market next weekend so we will look forward to seeing you at the Winter Park Farmers Market in December to replenish our jelly supply and to purchase an 8-oz jar (or 2) of the Pear Butter.
